Le self check in n'a pas bien marché. Heureusement qu'un gars du service technique m'a aidé, il a appelé par téléphone. N'ayant pas un numéro suisse, cet Appel aurait pu être très chère. Donc bravo pour le personnel, mais le self check in à repenser...

Raport calitate preţ foarte bun.
Pros:

Stylish and comfortable apartment in a great location
Pros:

We booked apartment B-414 for 5 days. It was spacious and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high-quality. The internet was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Hotel prices at hostel standards.
Pros:

Location and beds ok

Cons:

Lack of quality in room kitchen and no utensils in the shared kitchen, impossible to cook a meal, worse than a hostel, even after we called the customer service.
Customer service slow to react to Basel cards and any other requests/issues, especially on a weekend.
Changed room as we booked a deluxe room and the only window you could open was on a busy road junction.
Wallls need a lick of paint, couch impossible to sit on as had a low back.
It seemed that everything was done on the cheap.
