Unsere Zweitwohnung für die heißen Tage da unsere Vermieter zwar Bäume fällen aber keine Klimaanlage genehmigen. War so praktisch zu pendeln und am liebsten hätten wir das Zimmer behalten, zur Sicherheit 😎
Begrüßung sehr freundlich, 13 Uhr einchecken ist toll, das Zimmer war groß und die Dachfenster abzudunkeln, die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt. Ich fand das Bett bequem und die Bettwäsche toll. Sehr nett und umsichtig dass das Zimmer nicht sichtbar gemacht worden ist in unserer Abwesenheit aber eine tolle Klopapier mehr da war. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Dankeschön.
Kleinigkeiten. Die Bettwäsche war wirklich sehr dünn und nicht reißfest meinte eine von uns. Die Küchensachen waren ausreichend für Kaffee und bestelltes, die Pfanne hätte ich nicht benutzen mögen, das ist aber oft ein Problem.. Man muss sich im klaren sein dass man hier wirklich nur ein Zimmer bekommt, kein Frühstück und keine Lounge auch wenn es kleine Sitzecken draußen und drinnen gibt. Für uns perfekt.

Das Bad war etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet.
Stanza grande, pulita e luminosa. Punto vincente è la presenza di aria condizionata. In stanza sono presenti anche una piccola cucina e delle stoviglie. A pochi passi dall'albergo ci sono la fermata del tram (con cui in un quarto d'ora è raggiungibile il centro), un supermercato e una via con vari ristoranti (tra cui anche etnici).
La reception è aperta solo poche ore al giorno, ma il personale risponde prontamente ai messaggi anche nelle ore di chiusura.
Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento (un po' scomodo, ma meglio che niente).

Comfortable, clean room in a lovely part of the town.
I have some reservations about the staff. They did not inform me that the reception would not be open when I arrived (and I informed them about my arrival time). I had to call them to get to the place, which was not really convenient for me. Also, there was no parking space, while the hotel states it is available without reservation, so we had to look for a place in the surrounding area. Also, a day after arrival, when I was told to come to pay tax, no one was at the reception desk, and I had to wait for them. This is not the highest standard of hospitality, to be honest. It made me feel a little bit like I was disturbing them with something more important.
We booked a room in last minute and after the check in hours but the staff was available and fast. The room was very modern, spacious and clean. There are all the commodities you need ! The location is also very good cause it's in front of a tram stop, near from the facilites but in a very calm street. If you come by car, it's only 10 minutes over the old town of Heidelberg and there is an underground parking, or it's possible to park your car for free in streets next to the hotel.

Parking, but managed to find a spot just around the corner which was free.
Am Abend erst hebicht. Lief sehr professionell mit Vermieter. Per EhatsApp gute Komminilation. Parkplatz genau beschrieben. 10 Euro ok. Alles sehr neu, sauber, top Betten, Küchenzeile, Kaffeemaschine Nespressp. Waren unter Dach im 4. Stock; dank Klimaanlage top gekühlt. Fenster vollständig abgedunkelt. Ruhig.
Die Klimaanlage hat uns das "Leben gerettet" Wir haben diesen Comfort als sehr angenehm empfunden bei den außergewöhnlichen Temperaturen von über 40 Grad im Ort.
War alles gut!
