Intransparente bzw. unvollständige Preisinformation auf der Booking.com-Webseite; eine von dem Hotel unmittelbar nach Buchung per WhatsApp nachgeforderte sog. Zimmersteuer in Höhe von 10,50 Euro ist nicht akzeptabel. Hierüber sollte sich Booking.com mit dem Hotel in Verbindung setzen und mich anschließend über das Ergebnis informieren.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Am Empfang wurden wir an der Rezeption sehr nett begrüßt. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber. Wir hatten ein Studio-Zimmer mit Balkon, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Fernseher und Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kaffeekapseln. Auch der Internetzugang war im Preis enthalten. Jeden Tag gab es frische Bade- und Handtücher.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar: Ein REWE ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, Kaufland liegt etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Reinigungsservice hat jeden Morgen freundlich an der Tür geklopft und gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 22 oder 23 erreicht man das Zentrum in etwa 15 bis 18 Minuten. Heidelberg ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Tiefgarage! Das Einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Tiefgarage des Hotels. Die Einfahrt war für meinen Ford Kuga sehr eng, hatte scharfe Kurven und ein Gefälle von gefühlt 40 %. Das Herausfahren war noch problematischer: Selbst mit meinen 35 Jahren Fahrerfahrung habe ich es erst im dritten Versuch nach oben geschafft. Für junge Fahranfänger wird das eine echte Herausforderung. Hinabzufahren ist schon schwer, aber beim Herausfahren gleichzeitig scharf nach rechts abzubiegen und die steile Rampe zu meistern, ist wirklich knifflig. Aber man lernt ja nie aus!

Super Appartement!
Pros:

Die Größe und Ausstattung waren für mich als Alleinreisende perfekt. Auch zu zweit wäre das super gewesen. Es war alles sauber und in bestem Zustand. Mein Appartement ging nach hinten raus, sodass ich problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte.
Die Lage ist nicht gerade zentral, aber vor Ort gibt es eine gute Infrastruktur und die Anbindung an die Altstadt ist hervorragend. Mit der S23 vor der Tür kann man direkt bis zum Bismarckplatz durchfahren. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll und hat gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Zimmer war groß genug und die Ausstattung modern und ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider war nicht gut geputzt was im Bad an der Toilette sichtbar war. Die Betten waren okay allerdings hatte das Bettlaken sehr viele große Löcher und auch die Kissenbezüge waren nicht geschlossen und die Kanten unglaublich porös, brüchig und löchrig wie ich es von einem Baumwolltuch kenne das 30 Jahre alt ist und täglich gewaschen wurde. Da könnte eine Neuanschaffung viel positives erreichen. Wir haben deshalb leider unsere eigenen Kissen benutzt. Hätte ich gerne anders gehabt.
