Dreckig, unhöflich und unverschämt.
Pros:

Lage war gut, der Rest katastrophal. Wir verlangen hierfür eine teilweise Erstattung.

Cons:

Personal wurde laut und sehr unfreundlich, überfordert und handlungsunfähig.
Zwei Zimmer war verschmutzt, der viel Staub auf dem Boden, besonders unter dem Bett. Fremde Haare vom Vorgast im
bad und verschmutzte Abluftabdeckung. Ich leider unter eine Stauballergie war schwlcht war.

Dies wurde mehrfach an der rezeption bemängelt, jedoch wurde nichts vorgenommen. Am Ende wurden wir sogar des Hotels verwiesen.

Jetzt sagt der Manager, dass er nichts mehr für uns machen kann. Dass sehen wir nicht ein und erwarten 15% Entschädigung für die verdreckten Zimmer und den Stress.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft direkt an der Sommerrodelbahn.
Pros:

Direkt an der Sommerrodelbahn. Alles sauber. Alles da, was wir brauchten.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl bieten.
