Dejligt ophold, god service, god beliggenhed, god morgenmad, dejlige værelser, gode hovedpuder - alt i alt rigtig godt 😍

Alle faciliteter var lækre… det eneste vi kunne tænke os anderledes var poolen som efter vores og nogle andre gæsters smag var for kold - der er ikke meget “wellness” over en kold pool.. men ellers var alt perfekt ❤️

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls hervorragend und ideal für unsere Unternehmungen. Das Parkhaus war großzügig, sauber und bot ausreichend Stellplätze. Auch das Zimmer war gepflegt und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und professionell. Sowohl am Front Desk, als auch im Restaurant.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. Qualität und Auswahl top! Sehr viele und sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die sich aktiv und fleißig um die Gäste kümmern. Es wurde ständig nachgelegt und die immer Tische perfekt abgeräumt.
Auch das Restaurant (Abendessen) ist in allen Belangen hervorragend.
Kostenloses Wasser auch im Standartzimmer.

Cons:

Die Amenities im Zimmer. Statt Handseife, Duschgel, Conditioner, Shampoo nur eine Tube für alles... (4 in 1).
Ein Vorschlag, der dem Hotel nichts extra kostet: Es wäre schön, wenn es das kostenlose Wasser auch in "spritzig" und nicht nur in "still" geben würde.

Exceptional all around
Pros:

The check-in staff was very friendly and family room was very spacious, nice and clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly at both restaurants and the food was good albeit a little pricey. The breakfast is well worth the extra to have it included. There is a large selection of different foods, drinks, and pastries all which seemed of very good quality for a breakfast buffet.

tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück - wir waren rundum zufrieden und buchen zukünftig für unsere Ingolstadt-Aufenthalte nur noch dieses Hotel. Insbesondere das stets aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Personal ist besonders zu erwähnen.
