Very nice room,hotel facilities are great and as advertised. Perfect location in walking distance to the lake and Annecy old town!
Hôtel magnifique, confort, terrasse, restaurant , piscine et même une boulangerie à l' entrée !

Great location, it’s a lovely walk to the old town. Good customer service and the pool area was lovely.
For our stay, it was the small things that were lacking. Like that our towels had dirty marks & no conditioner with the toiletries. Missed the mark for us for a high rated/ star hotel. Annecy isn’t cheap but I think there are better value options available.
Also strangely, we were informed you couldn’t order a taxi to the hotel - not the hotels fault, but a consideration if you don’t like using ride share apps like uber.

Hôtel confortable, calme et très bien situé (sur le lac, proche centre, facile d'accès en voiture).
Le restaurant est excellent, avec une très belle vue sur le lac (possiblement en terrasse si le temps le permet).
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Chambre moderne avec belle salle de bains et de nombreux rangements.
Parking pratique, avec possible recharge électrique

במחיר ששילמנו ללילה אפשר לכלול את החנייה ולתת ארוחת בוקר עשירה יותר. החדר נחמד אבל לא מפנק מידי או מוקפד, שוב ביחס למחיר הגבוה.
Great location and staff
A little expensive, but you are in Annecy
Not much except the location. There was a private party by the pool, which meant that hotel guests were not allowed in that section
AC was not working and it was very uncomfortable

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principaux points d’intérêt et pratique pour se déplacer. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, de bonne qualité et très appréciable pour bien commencer la journée. Personnel agréable
Au vu du prix payé, la chambre ne vaut pas le tarif demandé. Elle est beaucoup trop petite et manque clairement d’espace pour être confortable. De plus, l’insonorisation est très insuffisante : on entend les voisins ainsi que les bruits provenant des chambres au-dessus. C’est dommage, car ces points ont fortement impacté notre séjour.
A modern hotel with very comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms
The bathroom in the de luxe room was a little pokey. Ironically we were given a classic room the first night as they had made a mistake and that room was bigger although had no balcony.
