Hôtel proche de la vieille ville, du lac, petit dej très bon. Personnel très sympathique.

Würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Geschmackvolles, modernes helles Zimmer mit großem Bett und großer Fensterfront (mit funktionierender Verdunklung). Auch das Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Qualität und die Nähe zum See und zur schönen Altstadt ist wunderbar. Under kleiner Hund war willkommen, auch im Frühstücksraum. Reservierung im hauseignen Parkhaus war angenehm.

Cons:

Die Speisekarte des Restaurants, daher sind wir auswärts essen gegangen, was durch die Nähe zur Altstadt gar kein Problem ist.

Could be a great place to stay with minor corrections
Pros:

Excellent location. Nice view from the room.

Cons:

Staff were pretty mediocre in their welcome at reception and the information given. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast were more noticeable by their absence and interest in their colleagues. Not rude but more disinterested. Uncomfortable bedding.

Pros:

Bel établissement très agréable, à deux pas du vieux annecy et du lac

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas trouvé le matelas assez ferme, le reste était très bien

Absolutely love it. What a Perfect flat - we did not want to leave
Pros:

Everything: location, room, bathroom, spacious Apartment, wonderful boulangerie on ground floor, all facilities close, the modern buildings sorounfing the hotel, perfect stay. Looking forward to get back. Very rare in France to find such a Perfect combination, modern structure with no bath tub for reasonable pricing
