Great location, food good, service hit and miss
Pros:

Location good with a great Lake view. Food is expensive but not more than London etc. Good value for what we had. Parking is really useful, not small spaces as indicated by other

Cons:

Bar shut at 10.10. Sent to the restaurant minutes later and were met by an extremely arrogant manager. Very begrudgingly gave us a drink at 10.12 stating last orders and then gave 2 other tables drinks 30 minutes later. Whilst not able to speak French I can translate a fair amount and overheard the manager having a hissy fit to staff after politely questioning why a hotel bar would shut so early

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel located within walking distance of the town centre and right on the lake side. You can rent e-bikes from the hotel and cycle the full perimeter of the lake.

It was ok
Pros:

I like the location and I like that they have a small caffee downstairs

Cons:

They say they have parking but when you get there they say they don’t so they lied on the booking. I had to look for a parking for 30 min! It’s really bad and my charger got stollen from the room so don’t leave anything in the room you don’t want stollwn

It was great - we will be back
Pros:

Staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Rooms perfectly spec’d out….apart from tea cups too small and crazy hot to hold. Cafe - lovely

Beautiful stay and even better location
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in three hotels while there and this was our favourite. Lovely little bakery in the reception area. So close to everything. Rooms with wonderful views. Really comfy bed. Lifts so fab for anyone not loving lots of steps.

Great hotel. Great location.
Pros:

The view of the lake was amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. We had dinner at their restaurant and we were disappointed with the service. They were disorganised. We got one starter after our meal and we kept reminding our order.

Cons:

No body cream in the bathroom. Breakfast could have more choice.
