Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia, y la cama muy comoda.. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la habitación a la ciudad desde planta 30. Las instalaciones modernas. Las vistas desde la piscina en la azotea a la ciudad y a las Petronas.

Cons:

Solicitamos dos tarjetas para la habitación y nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad, teniendo en cuenta que es necesaria para utilizar las instalaciones y el ascensor lo veo imprescindible. La piscina de la azotea quisimos usarla por la tarde y estaba llena de gente muy ruidosa y el agua no se veía limpia.

super Auswahl beim Frühstück

Cons:

viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool, daher wirkte der Bereich sehr überfüllt
mein Zimmer war sehr laut, da es direkt neben dem Aufzug und einem Raum mit Pumpen gelegen war. Außerdem hat man alle Geräusche vom Gang auch im Zimmer gehört.

Cons:

Antipatia dos funcionários, particularmente com a indelicadeza do segurança de piscina. Falar com pessoas exige competência, usar um apito aos ouvidos para comunicar é irreal e com falta de educação. Não houve serviço de limpeza de quarto. Sem toalhas para todos no quarto. Muito barulhento e confuso.. Sem capacidade de resposta para o número de hóspedes. Para utilizar o elevador, temos que aguardar 10 min, chega sempre cheio ou não pára. A televisão também não funcionava. A piscina funciona ate as 22h em teoria, mas as 21:40 começa a confusão para sair do piso da piscina. Toalhas para a piscina só há de manhã.

The room is spacious and worth the price. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The swimming pool is not for swimming, for sure. Only if you wanna take pictures with a nice view. It was not very clean too.
It takes forever to get on the elevator, and the hotel was pretty crowded.

Onbeschoft personeel , de eerste 5 sterrenhotel in me’n leven die ik binnenkom dat ze je niet helpen met je valiezen , ze spreken geen woord engels , ik had extra betaald voor een suite met uitzicht maar toen in toekwam was dit niet meer mogelijk en toen ik een refund vroeg was dit ook niet mogelijk dus eigelijk betaald voor een kamer die ik niet gekregen heb , het zwembad boven zitten er zoveel indiers dat het water currysaus geworden was , en dan gezwegen over de liften die je soms 15 minuten op moest wachten en daarnaast kwam ik s’nachts terug naar me’n hotel en probeerde 2 jongens me af te persen voor geld en 2 security guards die 24/7 op hun fluit staan te blazen zagen dit gebeuren en hebben er niks aan gedaan , lang verhaal kort , buiten de design van de kamers is dit maximum een 3*** hotel
