Deludente evitate questo Albergo se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza!

Non mi è piaciuto nulla è stata una terribile esperienza. Se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza state lontano da questo albergo per carità!!

Cons:

Posso renderla molto dura e senza attenuare nulla. Eviterei però di trasformare la nazionalità degli ospiti in un motivo di critica o di scrivere “se siete europei o americani evitatelo”: indebolirebbe anche la credibilità della recensione. Possiamo invece descrivere esattamente il problema reale: sovraffollamento, gruppi numerosissimi, caos, rumore, scarsa igiene e gestione insufficiente.

Esperienza pessima. Albergo sovraffollato, sporco e assolutamente non all’altezza delle aspettative. Sconsigliato vivamente.

Parto dalla camera, che presentava diversi problemi già dal nostro arrivo. Il rubinetto perdeva acqua, mancavano gli asciugamani separati per viso e bidet e ci è stato fornito praticamente un unico tipo di telo da utilizzare indistintamente per doccia, viso e bidet, cosa che considero inaccettabile per una struttura di questo tipo.

All’interno della camera era presente un fortissimo cattivo odore, simile a puzza di fogna, accompagnato da odore di umidità. La moquette era sporca e dava complessivamente una sensazione di scarsa igiene.

Il condizionatore era vecchio e non funzionava adeguatamente. A questo si aggiungeva il rumore assordante della ventola del bagno, percepibile continuamente all’interno della stanza. Le camere sono inoltre praticamente prive di insonorizzazione: si sentono moltissimi rumori provenienti dall’esterno e dalle zone comuni.

Anche il ricambio dell’aria è pessimo. La sensazione all’interno della stanza era quella di un ambiente chiuso, pesante e poco ventilato, tanto che in alcuni momenti sembrava quasi di soffocare.

Ma la parte peggiore dell’esperienza è stata senza dubbio la piscina.

Una struttura con questo numero di ospiti dovrebbe avere spazi e servizi proporzionati alla propria capacità. Qui invece i posti a sedere e i lettini erano completamente insufficienti.

It's the best place for a staycation
Pros:

I really loved the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing. I also really enjoyed the sky deck, especially the amazing views of KLCC, KL Tower, and Merdeka 118 Precinct. It was definitely one of my favourite parts of the stay!

Wonderful! Customer service was good and helpful. room is very clean. Front desk Fendy was very polite and professional.

The property is very good. the water pressure of the room was superb. Flush is good. sink has dual temperature which is good. towel is good. everything is good.

Je ne recommande pas vraiment cet hôtel
Pros:

Le rooftop est beau avec une belle vue sur la ville , la grande suite était immense , belle et propre !

Cons:

En revanche l’hôtel est tellement grand que ça fait usine , il faut 15 min pour trouver une table au petit déjeuner , personne ne vient débarrasser tellement il y a de monde , le personnel n’est pas assez nombreux ce n’est même pas de leur faute. Le buffet est dévalisé en 2 secondes tout est vide.

Concernant l’ascenseur il faut en laisser 4 avant de pouvoir rentrer dans un tellement il y a de monde dedans on dirait le métro à l’heure de pointe ..
