Strategic location, spacious, and clean rooms! However, the smell of the carpet and humidity was terrible. I had to change rooms, and the staff was nice and helpful. My new room had a much better view.
The motorcycles all night long. My room was so noisy. I had hard times sleeping. One note, staff need to check remote controls and batteries more often. In both rooms they were not working. Yet, my stay was nice!

O pequeno almoço não é de um hotel de 5 estrelas, nem sequer sumos naturais tinham que é um básico para um país onde as frutas são abundantes. O Rooftop tem uma vista incrível mas está super descuidado, a começar pelas cadeiras que estão imundas. O quarto não tem um bom isolamento, ouvia-se imenso barulho da rua e eu fiquei no 16° andar.
Location was good.
Unpleasant, unhelpful stuff, horrible breakfast, we ordered non smoking room - the smell inside was like there was a cigar club last 10 years. Swimming pool 6/10 (only the view saves), very old and dirty sunbeds. The room was clean, but stuff on reception warned us that every cleaning they use cameras "for security " , but according to a giant list of prohibitions on the reception - they just try to catch people who "dry their clothes in the wrong place" - quote from the desk. I believe not the best place to stay. Room was big enough, but not more.
The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very good. The pool was very striking with amazing views. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Petronas Towers and other main attractions centrally.
Only thing was the bath took a while to run.
