Amazing location - just a 10 minute walk to Petronas Towers in the middle of all Kuala Lumpur attractions. Before the stay I read that it is the best pool in KL and I couldn't agree more! The view was amazing and it wasn't that crowded as we expected in the evening. Delicious and huge breakfast selection.
It has a huge potential but in that scale (the hotel is huge) it is not that easy to take care of everything as it should be taken of in 5 star hotel. Even though that are just small details I'm talking about (breakfast lighting, temperature in corridors and elevator), overall great!

Terrible experience from start to finish. We checked into a premium suite only to find a broken bathroom sink and a stained sofa—completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. I went to the front desk, and they moved us to another suite, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. The second room was very dirty, with visible orange stains on the towels.
At that point, I packed our belongings and returned to the front desk. The staff’s attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested to terminate our stay, they initially insisted on charging us for both substandard rooms. After a lengthy dispute with the reception manager, they agreed to refund me but still attempted to retain the cost of one night. Only after further escalation with another manager did I receive a full refund.
To make matters worse, I was then refused access to Wi-Fi, preventing me from booking alternative accommodation. Overall, a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience, especially so as the hotel was aware I am a cancer patient traveling with a child - avoid at all costs. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. I have also raised this with booking.com who are doing their own investigations.

La posizione e’ sicuramente un punto forte della struttura. Hotel lussuoso, movimentato. Camere spaziose, colazione assolutamente varia e assortita. Bellissimo hotel
Assolutamente la piscina. E’ totalmente abbandonata a se stessa. Lettini sporchi e usurati disposti in modo disordinato. Non esiste un bar all aperto vicino. Anche la sala colazioni non rende giustizia. Si trova al piano terra e lo spazio all aperto da alla strada e al traffico dove non e’ piacevole rilassarsi.

La piscina stessa è accessibile anche a persone che non alloggiano quindi sempre affollata. La pulizia delle camere non é stata impeccabile
