I usually get harder pillows, my nights sleep was bad due to noise coming from air conditioning, they did fix it , has it been taken over by different people , found it different, not as friendly, its getting a little grubby needs maintenance before it gets in bad repair, the food menu isnt the best...

I liked the smell when i first entered the lobby. The room was tidy though and well kept.

A perfect hotel in Miri and transit to Mulu
Pros:

Room is clean and decent with a big TV screen.
Electric socket has USB plug for easy charging.
Everything in the fridge is complimentary with tea and capsule coffee. Gelato is complimentary too at the lobby.
Water pressure is strong.
Internet reception is good.
Cavakita restaurant at rooftop has a good view of the city.
We stayed a night at this hotel before flying off to Mulu.
About 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

I love and enjoy staying at the hotel!
Pros:

The staff are friendly! I park my car in front of the hotel (of course with charges). The rooms are clean! I requested for connecting rooms.

Good hotel, great location!
Pros:

It was clean, the service is excellent, very friendly staff. Linen is fantastic quality.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny! The WiFi wasn’t working properly in bedrooms
