Pros:

No one in hotel speaks any English, rooms have floor heating and so has the bed. This makes it very unpleasant to sleep. Wifi is only in the lobby, there is no breakfast. I asked reception to order me taxi twice and both times theytried to put a 100% margin on this. Incredibly unhelpful when it comes to assisting for train or bus bookings (so only option is taxi with 100% margin). There are no maps in English.

Good service but rooms were hot and buggy.
Pros:

We had 2 rooms. Both were very hot because there was no way adjust the heat. Both rooms had voracious mosquitoes. Service was wonderful. One room was invaded in the middle of the night by someone with a key and later someone pounded on the door and yelled in Korean. We called and the gentleman at the desk took care of it.

Very happy
Pros:

Although the property is older, the hotel is well maintained and staff is friendly. A lot of extra amenenties not found in the usual Korean hotels. We had a double bed and a small single bed. Perfect for the western traveler. Well priced. Included a 40 inch flat screen tv and computer. Just down the street from the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
The only complaint we had was our shower head needed an update but got the job done :)
Overall we had a great night's sleep and would recommend to our friends.
