Vollkommen überteuert und enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie.

Uns hat im Hotel nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel wurden wir leider von mehreren enttäuschenden Aspekten überrascht, die den Gesamteindruck stark trübten.
Pool und Wassereinsparung
Der im Hotel überall beworbene Pool entpuppte sich als reine Dekoration und durfte nicht genutzt werden. Gleichzeitig wird von den Gästen erwartet, Wasser zu sparen, was in Kombination mit dem nicht nutzbaren Pool sehr widersprüchlich wirkt.
Personal
Das Personal zeigte sich, mit Ausnahme der Reinigungskräfte und dem Chef-Kellner beim Frühstück, als äußerst unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Dies trug erheblich zu einem unangenehmen Aufenthalt bei.
Privatstrand
Der Zugang zum Privatstrand ist mit erheblichen Zusatzkosten verbunden. Zudem ist die Nutzung nur auf ausgewählten Strohmatten erlaubt, auf denen ein eigenes Badetuch platziert werden muss. Der Strandbereich selbst ist sehr steil und leider stark verschmutzt, mit Plastikmüll und anderem Abfall.
Zimmer und Ausstattung
Die Zimmereinrichtung entspricht nicht den auf der Webseite gezeigten Fotos. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr laut, sodass man trotz geschlossener Fenster jedes Wort von außen hören konnte. Die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck und tropfte nur vereinzelt, was den Komfort weiter einschränkte.
Frühstück
Das Frühstück ist eher überschaubar. Für ein Omelett muss man wiederholt Personal herbeirufen oder nachfragen, was den Ablauf unnötig verzögert.
Fazit
Insgesamt ist das Hotel vollkommen überteuert und enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie. Die zahlreichen Mängel in Service, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit rechtfertigen den hohen Preis keineswegs. Wir können dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Leider ist die Dusche direkt neben der Badetür und ohne Duschvorhang. Aus diesem Grund war nach dem Duschen das gesamte Bad "geflutet".
