My Blue Hotel

Our family loved this hotel staff was friendly,courteous and very accommodating to our needs on top of that the hotel was extra clean and the premises smells so good this hotel is a bit of a walk from the party scene which we preferred so if you want a relaxing and quiet vaca def this spot is perfect

Holbox es un lugar increíble, este hotel está excelente rumbo a Punta Mosquito, pero cerca también del centro, a pie, puedes ir a ambas partes, sus dos Albercas al aire libre, están bellas, aunque nadie las usa porque estás frente a una playa de las más bellas y paradisíacas del mundo, el Servicio en la playa en alberca, o en el restaurant es muy bueno como siempre el trato de los mexicanos, Super amable, me encanta México

We stayed in The pool but waiters were too busy on their phones to bring drinks or sweep the pool area with little sharp berries that hurt when stepped on. Pretty sure we had bed bugs and thought it was sand fleas. Till we got sick at a restaurant in town and had to spend 24 hours in bed sick. Then we knew it was bed bugs. When we asked for even toast to eat when we started getting better they refused because it was not on the reg means wanted us to wait till the next breakfast??? When they clearly had sandwich and hamburgers on the daily menu! Finally brought us some after begging and it took an hour to make toast when our room was next to the kitchen??? Then charged us 200 pesos for some toast for sick guest!!!! When I asked for the manager they said to wait till the next day at 9 am. So at 7 am we checked out and found a different hotel.

Muy buen hotel, precios un poco exagerados pero valen la pena. El desayuno completo, solo agregaría tocino. Jaja.

Todo excelente, tienes la playa a pie del hotel.

Excelente lugar

Hotellet lå helt perfekt. Tæt på stranden og med gode pools. Venligt personale.
Morgenmaden var god, men vi oplevede ofte, at vi skulle spørge efter opfyldning.

Todo bien solo que por un cambio de vuelo tuve que regresar antes y avise 24 hrs antes y el hotel no le quiso cancelar la noche ni hacer un descuento por lo que tuve que pagar la segunda noche sin hacer uso de la misma

Es un buen hotel, tranquilo, con buena alberca y playa. La habitacion muy amplia podrian arreglarla mejor solo esta la cama y hay espacio para una mesa o salita. Podrian tambien poner bicis de cortesia o alguna otra amenidad.

Limited hours for restaurant service and other restaurants are 20 min walk.
They don’t accept AMEX and that is a problem for me.

Sehr saubere und schöne Anlage. Beide Pools groß genug und traumhafter Strand.
Gutes und freundliches Personal und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
