Sehr schöne Lage. Die Pools sind schön angelegt. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Reinigung in den Zimmern sehr gut. Hilfsbereit bekommt man die Koffer zum Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Leider sind die Räume gar nicht schallisoliert. Man hört alles und jeden bis tief in die Nacht und auch schon am frühen Morgen. Geschlafen haben wir in dieser Unterkunft immer nur von Mitternacht bis früh 6/ 6:30 Uhr… und das im Urlaub. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig gut. Es könnte etwas mehr Auswahl geben. Wir hatten für einen Tag eine Schnorcheltour gebucht, diese startet 7 Uhr vorm Frühstück, so fragten wir nach Lunchpaketen. Da gab es keine, nicht mal bloß ein paar Bananen. Etwas schade, wenn man schließlich dafür bezahlt hat. Das Restaurant ist gut, aber auch etwas teuer.

Achamos o serviço muito aquém do esperado para um hotel de 5 estrelas.

À chegada, o check-in atrasou-se cerca de uma hora, o que, depois de uma longa viagem até Holbox, foi bastante desagradável. O mais surpreendente foi a ausência de qualquer pedido de desculpas. Pelo contrário, fomos recebidos por uma funcionária que comentou que detestava trabalhar na receção.

No pequeno-almoço, quando pedi uma omelete com queijo e fiambre, o cozinheiro informou-me de que já não havia queijo e que não iria haver reposição. Isto aconteceu por volta das 9h da manhã, numa altura em que o serviço de pequeno-almoço ainda decorria normalmente.

Num dos dias, estávamos indispostos e perguntámos se seria possível disponibilizarem alguma fruta. A resposta foi que a fruta era exclusiva do pequeno-almoço e que não poderiam fornecer nenhuma. Consideramos esta atitude pouco flexível e desadequada para um hotel desta categoria.

Além disso, várias vezes solicitámos assistência ou determinados serviços e fomos constantemente encaminhados entre a receção e outros departamentos, sem que ninguém assumisse a responsabilidade de resolver a situação. Não compreendemos porque não existe uma melhor coordenação interna para agilizar estes pedidos.

No geral, a falta de organização, de atenção ao cliente e de capacidade de resposta tornou a experiência bastante dececionante para um hotel que se apresenta como sendo de 5 estrelas.

The pool was very nice.

Cons:

The restaurant was something that really can improve. It misses whatever kind of fans. The breakfast isn’t great. The choices are limited. Many things are finished sometimes already at 9.30, when breakfast is supposed to go until 10.30. The kitchen is very inflexible, etc.
