Amazing views, clean rooms, strong wi-fi connection

Close to the mall. Very clean and well mantained. Staff are very nice. Bed is comfy and the room is clean.

Upscale hotel with modern rooms. I had a one-bedroom suite overlooking the river, a nice view compared to most hotels around Makati. Room was spacious and well appointed, being a good value for the size. Front-desk, housekeeping, room service and dining staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good, but not spectacular. Free parking was nice.

Biggest problem is that there is nothing immediately around the hotel. If you need to buy anything or just go for a stroll, the hotel is isolated from everything. It is harder to get a Grab/taxi and they sometimes get lost finding the hotel. In the room hot water was a problem. Even when it did get hot, the water took minutes to warm up, wasting so many gallons. And probably just a one-off problem, my first room had water seeping up from the floor. Looks like the building has weather sealing issues, given the amount of putty around the windows.

Place is clean and the employees are so attentive.

We dine in at Tempus during breakfast, the staff's we're nice and chef at the egg station and the food too!... But when we ordered coffee, I noticed that the girl who's doing are coffee seems irritated, the petite thin girl with braces. It looks like she's not happy with her work but overall experience is good. Will come back again. Very commendable specially the staff's at restaurant as they satisfy all of my friends and family while dining

The rooms are modern and well maintained. Loved the wonderful cleaning staff, friendly and helpful concierge on the ground level and welcoming front desk. They do not give you adequate supplies for cooking basic things. There are no paper towels, knives for cutting and they only give you one frying pan and a rice cooker. The pool is being serviced so you must go to a neighboring building which isn't the most convenient but it's better than nothing. The gym is very clean and has the basics but gets the job done. Overall wonderful stay. Upgrade to the superior room for more space and comfort. I booked 3 rooms and the other two were standard size and felt small. Nice view of the bay.

This place is truly a hidden gem in the heart of the city! The moment we stepped in, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and modern everything looked. The rooms are spacious and stylish with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

One of the best parts is the location—everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether it's convenience stores, cafes, or local eateries, it's all nearby and super accessible.

Big shoutout to Nel at the restaurant on the 6th floor! He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay—always going the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed. His warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manila. Great vibes, perfect location, and excellent service! 💙

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff, could have had a larger variety of options for breakfast buffet.

Convenient location between Makati and Megamall. Service at Tempus restaurant is hit and miss especially at dinner. Weird pulsating water pressure in the shower.

people are so great, from reservation Ms Ayen to lobby personnel Franco, Josephine, Angel and Jociel. Everyone is so helpful and superb customer service that my adopted aspin Mateo felt so comfortable and at home. This was his first hotel experience and it is nothing but great and enjoyable. The hotel is not only pet friendly but truly a home away from home. Room attendant and restaurant personnel are so helpful and so accomodating We celebrated my daughter's bday and father's day for my hubby too. Its truly memorable and we will surely be back. Kudos team acqua!

Not the best area of Manila and the breakfast had limited options

It is a high rise hotel near the river but from the airport it takes quite a while to get to. The views from some rooms are very good but unfortunately not from our room. We didn’t get an upgrade despite being Accor Platinum member. The rooms are spacious and clean with coffee making facilities. There is a gym and a sauna/swimming pool. The breakfast spread is excellent.

In general a good, nice and confy hotel. A little bit aged, standlamp was damaged and not stable with its stand. The pool was very fast crowded as it is not really big. No big opportunities to sunbath, as a lot of skyscrapers around it.

Location is great, easy accessible and the staff was always super friendly. Very good and fast cleaning service.

We had in general a good and comfortable stay but enjoyed the pool facilities in a different hotel.

Good to be back for a quick holiday.

Breakfast was wonderful and housekeeping was impeccable. We also cooked a lot during our stay, which was a great experience.
