Pros:

Muy chido el lugar super recomendado. El diseño de las habitaciones, zonas comunes y todo en general están muy chulas y también se integran bien con la naturaleza.

Pros:

The staff, especially Sebastian, was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and rhe shower was hot. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room and bath were small and somewhat awkward with the multi level floor. Pool was full of sand, and the sand flooring in the lobby made it impossible not to track sand into the room. Our main complaint was the noise coming from the nearby bar, which I was assured was only once weekly, which turned out not to be the case.

Absolutely disgusting and incredibly disappointing stay! filthy rooms, mold, cockroaches, an unusable bug-infested pool,
Pros:

The evening staff was very kind and welcoming! The beds were also comfortable. Welcome cocktail was very tasty.

Cons:

- Black mold in shower
- Cockroaches in room
- Incredibly difficult to lock/unlock the door to our room
- infestation of bugs and mosquitoes in the “lobby”, pool area, and bar area. These spaces were practically unusable because you would be covered in bites and welts immediately.
- Hotel is located on a dirt path, lots of trash, barking dogs, construction materials, etc in the surrounding area
- Very little lighting in the room, unless you open the curtain to your room which would remove any privacy.
- Breakfast (that we paid for) was basically just eggs in a slightly different fashion (sunny side up, scrambled with ham, or scrambled with veggies). Felt very overpriced for what it was.
- WiFi was horrible, barely worked in room
- Pool was filled with bugs, dirt, sand, and debris. You could even see the bottom because it was so filthy. Honestly disgusting and unusable
- Bugs, bugs, and more bugs
- Only 1 staff member went out of their way to be kind, attentive, and talkative )I.e, answer questions, provide recommendations, etc)

Hotelito lindo
Pros:

El hotelito era muy bonito, pero si que creemos que la zona de la piscina y la piscina en sí podrían estar un poco más limpio. El desayuno muy rico. El staff correcto, tampoco demasiado amables la verdad. La excepción fue Luis que si que fue suuuuuuuper amable con nosotros y dio muy buenas recomendaciones. ¡Gracias Luis!
