Hotelito lindo
Pros:

El hotelito era muy bonito, pero si que creemos que la zona de la piscina y la piscina en sí podrían estar un poco más limpio. El desayuno muy rico. El staff correcto, tampoco demasiado amables la verdad. La excepción fue Luis que si que fue suuuuuuuper amable con nosotros y dio muy buenas recomendaciones. ¡Gracias Luis!

Exceptional!
Pros:

My stay at Raíz was outstanding from start to finish. The entire property has such a beautiful organic, nature-inspired atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. The aesthetic is thoughtfully designed and feels peaceful, unique, and connected to the surroundings.
What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. They were happy to recommend local restaurants and activities, and every interaction felt personal rather than transactional. A special thank you to Luis and Sebastian, who were always so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The women on the team were just as sweet and welcoming.
Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The quality was excellent, especially considering it’s included with your stay. There’s a wonderful breakfast bar with teas, coffee, wellness shots, fresh fruit, and bread, along with delicious made-to-order egg dishes.
I also loved the welcome drink upon arrival—it was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with incredible hospitality, beautiful design, and great food, I can’t recommend Raíz enough. I would absolutely stay here again.

Geweldig ontbijt, super vriendelijk personeel (!!!) en iedere ochtend leuke yoga lessen

El personal fue bastante amable y la ubicación es bastante céntrica en Punta Zicatela, cerca de la playa y la avenida para tomar transporte público.

Cons:

GRAN servicio en un lugar PARADISIACO!
Pros:

El ambiente del hotel era muy especial e invitaba a la relajación y a la conexión con la naturaleza. Los servicios incluidos como el desayuno y las clases de yoga eran increíbles. La comida y los cócteles espectaculares! La pasta al pesto con camarones no tiene nada que envidiar a los mejores restaurantes de alta cocina.
Lo mejor del hotel fue el servicio. Todos los trabajadores eran muy amables, cercanos y profesionales. No te sentías como un cliente sino como un invitado en el lugar. Muchas gracias a todos los trabajadores con los que interactuamos: Sebas, Luis, Jacobo, entre otros. Han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido de 10.

Cons:

El área de La Punta es en ocasiones un poco sucia, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el hotel en el que nos quedamos. Realmente nos gustó todo. Fue increíble y no vemos la hora de regresar.

Pros:

El hotel es pequeñito pero muy bonito. No esta en la calle principal pero en 10 min caminando llegas a todo. Hay clase de yoga por la mañana

Cons:

Pese a que a partir de las 22h debe haber silencio, a las 00:30 habia gente aun en la piscina hablando alto y haciendo ruido. Te dicen que incluye desayuno pero casi todas las opciones son de pago y los trozos de tostada que dan son enanos.
En la habitacion habia hormigas en la mesa del escrito y en un lateral de la cama.
