Bitter disappointment despite good potential
Pros:

We were really impressed with the location, and it comes with 3 dogs (which is always s plus!).

Sadly, a few things marred the experience. Hot water is rather non existent. You get warm water after running the shower for a long time, which is a terrible waste.

The dogs are left out at night and they can bark extensively and no one seems to care.

The main gate to the property is left open which doesn't seem to be very safe. I guess the dogs are there for this reason, but then when the dogs kept barking no one went to check if there were intruders...

There are no coffee facilities in the room, nor telly. This may not be s big thing, but worth noting.

Finally, Renata, the owner, is a very nice lady but quick at upselling you anything. A second cup of coffee at breakfast? Charge. A healthy shot? Charge.
The most annoying thing was that I was unwell one day and asked for some hot water. Renata insisted I had to take some herbs that were going to be good for me. I declined but to no avail. I accepted it. At check out, we got charged!! What sounded like a kind gesture was a way to get money out of us. Cost recovery? At €2, it seems pure profiteering. Sorry, not the boutique retreat experience we expected.
