Perfect location for the Montreux Jazz Festival
Pros:

Lovely traditional hotel situated in the heart of Montreux, just a few steps off the main road. We stayed overnight during the Montreux Jazz Festival.

We were kindly upgraded to a south-facing room with a view of the lake, which was a nice touch, although I would have preferred the room at the back that I had booked, as it must have been cooler at that time of year. As we were only staying overnight, it didn’t really matter. A fan is at your disposal.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was firm, as were the pillows. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the shower had decent pressure. There are power outlets close to the head of the bed, although you might have to unplug the bedside lamp depending on the size of your charger.

Complimentary bottles of water were provided. The breakfast buffet is fairly simple but includes fresh fruit, and cooked options are available if you fancy them. There’s also a coffee machine.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to heat, don't forget to draw the curtains as the sun hits the room at the hottest time of the day, and the shutters can't be used (at least the left one was blocked by a flower pot).

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption! War hilfreich zur Findkng eines Parkplatzes für 3 Tage.
Ventilator im Zimmer war ausreichend.
Sehr sauber, Zimmer klein aber gut genützt.

Gutes Hotel, welches durch die Gastgeberin zum Leben erweckt wird
Pros:

Sehr schnuckeliges Hotel mit einer der sympathischsten Empfangsdamen überhaupt. Die Wärme und Gastfreundlichkeit dieser Dame war beispielhaft.

Cons:

-Preis 40 CHF zu hoch.
- Das Schlafsofa war gut gemeint aber von sehr schlechter Qualität

Pros:

Ligging vlakbij het meer en op loopafstand van het station. Bij het meer zijn leuke restaurants en winkels.
Vriendelijk personeel.
In de buurt van fantastisch kasteel Chillon en van uitzichts- en wandelgebied Rochers de naye (met speciale trein 50 minuten omhoog)

Amazing view and sunsets of Lake Geneva from our deck.
Pros:

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. On check in we asked for air conditioning. We were offered a suite upgrade for a reasonable additional cost. We were surprised when the elevator opened up into the private 5th floor suite which included an expansive deck overlooking Lake Geneva. Everything about the suite was luxurious, we had a hard time leaving.
We were greeted by Jane at the front desk who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She was very friendly and cheerful.
This was by far the best hotel on our ten days in Switzerland.
We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

Cons:

Loved everything.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The hotel is just above a phish restaurant, and with the high weather temperature, it's impossible to open the window for some fresh air without catching the restaurant strong smell. Keeping in mind the hotel does not have air conditioning, it was a awful.

Cons:

Schwieriger Zugang zum Zimmer mit vielen Treppen und schwerem Koffer. Der Lift geht nur bis zum 3. Stockwerk und die restlichen drei Etagen müssen via Treppe erreicht werden.
