Molto carina! Ci è piaciuta molto la stanza, abbiamo avuto una bellissima sorpresa all’arrivo facendoci l’upgrade della stanza.

Ottimo!
Pros:

Abbiamo passato una notte a villa Balis Crema. La location è molto curata, pulita, la cena e l’aperitivo ottimi. C’è anche una piscina che però non abbiamo utilizzato. Viaggiavamo con un bimbo di 6 mesi e lo staff è stato molto cortese, hanno preparato per il piccolo il brodo vegetale con le verdure. Posto da segnare, ci torneremo.

Ich musste meine Frau unterbringen da ich leider ins Krankenhaus musste. Das Hotel hat sie promt inkl. Hund und Kind auf

Tolle Lage und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und wurde von einem ausgesprochen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service begleitet.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft teilte uns die Dame an der Rezeption mit, dass das Hotel nur kleine Hunde akzeptiere. Letztendlich war sie jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und bot uns sogar ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade an, damit wir nicht im selben Gebäude wie andere Gäste mit Hunden untergebracht waren.

Nichtsdestotrotz war die Situation etwas verwirrend und hinterliess bei uns einen negativen Eindruck. Weder auf Booking.com noch in der Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vor unserer Anreise gab es einen Hinweis darauf, dass nur kleine Hunde erlaubt sind. Eine entsprechende Information im Voraus wäre daher sehr hilfreich gewesen, um Missverständnisse bei der Ankunft zu vermeiden.
