1. No entertainment service at all: no wifi, no electronic devices such as TV or air conditioners.
2 No cleaning services even after they claimed someone was going to show up.
3. Infested by cockroaches
4. No toilet papers, trash cans, trash service.
5. rude service from the front except the older security was very friendly the other one that is younger was very very rude.
6. All week the side neighbors and upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy be prepared to not even sleep at all sooo many young adults making extremely loud noises.
7. The room is used as a warehouse as well be prepared to be bothered to get things from the closet.
Location was okay but I truly do not recommend it to anyone especially for the price!!
I do not recommend anyone to stay here at all. Overpriced and very dirty, noisy and no WiFi service.
No hubo nada que me gustara
Hubo cobros adicionales en una aplicación externa: cobraron un seguro contra daños, por llevar a la mascota fue otro cobro, y te hacen comprar un seguro contra daños por la mascota. Toda la habitación olía a humedad y los muros estaban llenos de eso y salitre. Un lugar insalubre.
Fue cómodo, tiene sus deficiencias, no tiene bote de basura en la habitación, se escucha mucho ruido de todo el hotel, no se siente privacidad
La ubicación fue perfecta para nuestras necesidades.
El tiempo necesario para poder entrar a la habitación. Los guardias de seguridad no están enterados de las reservaciones del lugar, y tienen que hacer llamadas hasta que alguien les conteste para confirmar, espera que puede ser muy incómoda.
El departamento se ve como en las fotos, pero no tiene aire acondicionado, estaba sucio, no tiene mosquiteros por lo que no puedes abrir ventanas y el registro "virtual" es una pesadilla. El edificio está bonito y la zona muy práctica, pero el departamento deja mucho que desear.
I like the area, room was clean , bed was comfortable. Room was big
No hot water. Only the first night. Next three day no hot water. I send a message. Becuse you don't talk to a real person. It's all by text. They said that they will let maintenance know. But nothing happened. Just for that i will not stay there again. Nobody to talk in person.
Su servicio para poder ingresar a la propiedad es ineficiente, dos horas esperando el acceso la persona que está en recepción es ajena al departamento por lo tanto no saben y no tienen idea de cómo darte acceso a tu departamento

Simplemente no pude utilizar la habitación. La publicación es engañosa. Dice que hay estacionamiento y no hay estacionamiento. Nunca me dieron el número de habitación, por lo cual seguridad no me dejó pasar y tuve que reservar otra habitación. Ah, Super.
No tiene numero el cuarto, vigilancia no deja entrar, no hay estacionamiento, baño sucio, ruido del dueño del departamento.
La descripción dice que tiene Aire Acondicionado y estacionamiento, no tiene ninguna de las 2 cosas

I liked that the person who helped me with customer support was super helpful even when I was being a pain in the bottoms.
I liked the staff, they were super friendly and ready to receive us whenever we arrieved.
The place itself was comfortable and the common areas where well decorated.
The bathroom was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, etc.
It's super well located: below there's a great bakery, next to it there's a Starbucks and different shops, in front there's a big pharmacy and next to it a convenience store.
The room was super small. When we arrieved the window was closed and seems that it was not open for a while so it was super hot. I panicked since my parents were staying there and I really didn't want them to be hot on a 30-32C weather.
None of these rooms have air coinditoner which I though was kind of weird. They don't even have fans.
The room had a weird smell when we got there, like it was recently painted, again, seems like the window was closed for a while and that didn't help.
Once we opened the small window, everything got better. So, once you arrieve I recommend opening the window.
There's a hole in the wall to install an air conditioner, I think it would be safer and the room would look better if they just fixed it. When I got to the hot room with weird smell and a whole in the wall, I almost had a heart attack.
No doors on the closet.
The common area had dirty plates.
No minibar on the room, there's a minibar on the common area though.
No glasses in the room, they just provide one small bottle of water (even when there were to grown adults staying at the room).
Though it had great benefits, I don't feel it's worth the value. It is really expensive for what you get. I think they should put more love into the rooms if they want to charge these crazy prices. Though I received good assistance from customer support from the location, I feel I would've gotten a better value for my money if I would've chosen a hotel.

Location. The place is near many good places with all the services available, from laundry to eating.
The water was cold to shower. There is a problem that makes the water flow to the shower quite small. To "fix" it, the instructions are to keep opening and closing the valve and to also open the water tab on the bathroom sink, which reduces even more the flow on the shower.
The face recognition to enter didn't work until the 3rd day, and the code to access the premises was supposed to be used in a small display, right next to a huge one with numbers, and the instructions for it were not clear. This was relevant since they only provide 1 card key.
