Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

Very beautiful and very close to everything. The property was very clean and beautiful. Very nice to enjoy with family, quiet, clean, and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

I went to tell the night shift front desk that my toilet wasn’t working, and she said she was going to send someone to fix it but to use the hallways bathroom in the mean time ,never happened so we had to use the hallway bathroom all night. Also, the shower didn’t work well I didn’t inform about it but I imagine it was like that for a while.

Bien situé et joli.

Cons:

A 6:30 du matin le staff a commencé à faire jouer de la musique, assez forte pour me réveiller. Je ne comprends pas que cela puisse être possible, c'est inacceptable dans un hôtel.

No tiene nada de ventilación, para temporada de calor... no se puede dormir del calor 😓 y tampoco tiene estacionamiento propio hay que caminar como 3 cuadras para el estacionamiento 😓

La ubicación es genial y las habitaciones muy bonitas ,la atención en recepción muy amable

Cons:

Hay que llevar el carro a dos cuadras a un estacionamiento y cobran el estacionamiento y regresar al hotel caminando,
La habitación dejaba pasar mucho ruido y en la mañana se escuchaba el movimiento del personal.
La atención de los meseros un poco distraídos

Buen servicio y atención.
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente y la ubicación.

Cons:

Deberían poner reglas para los huéspedes, porque hay gente sin criterio que no entiende que están en un espacio con otras personas y se ponen a gritar desde temprano y quieren entrar y salir en la madrugada como si fuera su casa, y se cuelgan del timbre sin respeto a quienes ya están dormidos y de la seguridad del hotel.
