Fue medio confortable, el personal atento, pero se escucha el habla de las personas.

Cons:

Pésimo servicio, estaba confiado que mi reserva estaba confirmada y al llegar al lugar me dicen que otros huéspedes ya estaban ocupando la habitación y que ya estaba reservada por Airbnb, me hicieron cancelar la reservación y sin darme una solución tuve que buscar otro hotel. No reserven en este hotel

Colchón incómodo, acceso al hotel poco útil.
Pros:

Agradezco que contemplen y den seguimiento a la reserva a través de WhatsApp. Quiero hacer un agradecimiento especial a la recepcionista del día sábado. Compartió su taxi con nosotros debido a la urgencia con la que tuvimos que salir.

Como áreas de oportunidad dejo lo siguiente:
La ocupación baja del hotel se aprovecha para checar el estado de las habitaciones.
-El piso estaba sucio, pisé descalzo y me ensucié mucho, motivo por el cual considero, se debe trapear.
-La carta de presentación de un hotel está basada en el descanso, el colchón de la habitación 9 estaba muy incómodo ya que se encuentra hundido del lado izquierdo y tiene un resorte salido. Mi pareja se rasgó la piel.
-En la mañana se escuchaba a la gerente gritando o regañando al personal. Gritar no es correcto y mucho menos que el huésped se entere.
-Para entrar y salir siempre se tiene que tocar una campana, lo cual considero muy incómodo porque el acceso debería dar esa libertad. Aunque por la noche monitorean el ingreso, durante el día es poco apropiado.
Confío plenamente que son detalles que la gerencia puede recapitular y mejorar.
Aún así, agradezco la atención brindada.

Bargain place but disappointing
Pros:

It's a quite good value place, the location is quite good, the staff is really really nice, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn't very good to be honest, it's very very noisy and not from the streets, from the inside. I could hear people talking from the corridor or within the other rooms, I could hear the cleaning until late evening. Also there were no windows and had no air circulation. The only opening was a glass blind to the corridor, which enhanced the noises and allowed constant light in.
