Cons:

Entrada para o hotel está cheia de buracos, o detalhe de mesmo tendo Pequeno almoço incluído pago, existiu sempre o “pedido” de gratificação “opcional “ mas muito chata para os clientes.
Construção lateral deveria ser “disfarçada “ para não “estragar a beleza natural do espaço .

La temática es muy natural/organica y está junto a la laguna.

Cons:

Está separado, los cuartos no están en la misma zona del restaurante y del acceso a la laguna. Las regaderas al aire libre son un tema. La piedrita en los caminos dificulta llevar las maletas aunque puedes pedir que te ayuden con un carrito. La última noche nos salió un alacrán!

Wunderschöne Häuser/Zimmer. Besonderes schöne Anlage. Frühstück sehr gut, landestypisch halt!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Mietauto, aber für alle die nicht flexibel sind.... Es liegt außerhalb von Bacalar und ist zu Fuß nicht zu erreichen.
Unser Punkteanzug gilt aber lediglich dem, dass leider kein Steg vorhanden ist und somit der Zugang in den See erst etwas steinig und dann schlammig ist und die Sicht auf die Lagune eingeschränkt ist, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Overall, a nice place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot in Bacalar
Pros:

We stayed in one of the houses and overall had a pleasant experience. The houses are very nice and cozy, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location is also lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing near the lagoon.

Breakfast was good and tasty, though some items like eggs or additional extras come with an extra charge.

Cons:

One thing to note is that the beach area is quite small and there are many rocks at the shore, so it’s a good idea to bring swimming shoes to enter the water more comfortably.
