Given that this is the most expensive hotel in Saltillo (based on either rack rate or internet booking sites), it was very disappointing.
Staff are generally polite when approached, but no more. Rooms are a good size, attractively decorated and well furnished, though like many hotels the enormous television gets in the way of the rather narrow desk and can only be watched from the bed. The desk needs a light, you'll need to move the standard lamp by the armchair if you want to work. Lighting otherwise is good - well positioned and not harsh.
Blackout is just about OK, but not great. Shower is good. Housekeeping change all the towels daily, wherever you put them, but I've been here a week and haven't yet worked out how to get clean glasses - I just wash them myself now...
Aircon in the room is extremely noisy, even on the lowest fan setting - it's March so not really needed yet, but I certainly wouldn't be able to sleep with it on. There is a rather inaccessible and over-complex control panel for it - I found it best to move the desk chair over to the corner where the panel is.
Breakfast is very poor - unacceptably so - both selection and quality; several other major chain hotels nearby are much better (though the the AC does generally manage to have most things out by 06:00 as promised, which is not the case elsewhere). It's not helped by the glass panels over the chilled area which makes access very inconvenient.
Although breakfast is free, staff are obsessed with the tickets/receipts - I assume they expect a tip? I was approached this morning by someone I took to be in charge of breakfast service - expecting "good morning" or "is everything OK", what I got was "have you been given a ticket to sign?" - it's a small thing, but Very Irritating.
If you stay over a weekend, be aware that the nearby restaurant complex is vey noisy until midnight. As with some other hotels, there are only 2 lift so you can find yourself with a long wait at busy times. The free parking in the basement work well, no tickets or barriers.
I've stayed in 6 different hotels in Saltillo, all of which disappointed to a greater or lesser extent; given the price I had high hopes of the AC but I really don't know if I'll stay again.

2박 숙박기간 동안, 다 좋았는데 밤에 너무 시끄러웠어요. 근처의 바에서 새벽 1시까지 큰소리로 음악이 들려왔어요.

We were in Saltillo for a family funeral, at the time I booked it for it’s convenient location. We had no idea it was such a nice place til we arrived, at midnight. Really really attractive property and even though we only spent the night and left right after breakfast, I could see it was well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. I’d stay there again for sure.
