Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos shown online at all. The property was not clean, and the overall maintenance level appeared to be nonexistent.
Upon arrival, there was no welcoming staff and no assistance with luggage, which set a poor first impression. The room itself had a very strong unpleasant smell, and there was visible mold. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable and, more importantly, concerning for health, especially for guests with asthma or allergies.
We had originally booked four nights, but we could not even stay for a few hours due to the conditions. Two members of our family have allergies, so staying was not an option. We requested a cancellation and refund for the remaining nights. Later that evening, the receptionist confirmed that our request was accepted, including a refund and return of the city tax. We received the same confirmation again at checkout.
However, despite these assurances, no refund was processed. We feel misled and extremely frustrated by the lack of honesty and professionalism.
This experience unfortunately affected our entire Marrakech trip in a very negative way.

Le bruit , impossible de dormir, mauvaise isolation phonique c est une rue très passante et on réveiller par le bruit des klaxons des voitures et des sirènes (il y a un centre d urgence a proximité) nuit blanche assurée

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the airport and a 45 minute walk from the medina and souks, if you are planning on booking day trips (quad biking/ tours etc) the hotel is in a good location to be picked up from.
The view was nice out of the window, breakfast included was very basic (Moroccan pastries, egg and juice) so we ended up going out for food most days.
The shampoo and body wash was restocked every day, new towels and a good size room for what you pay.
It’s okay for what you pay,
Staff were not overly attentive, breakfast was very basic and the water pressure from the shower was not great, there was no shower curtain and the balcony door was broken, so was very loud at night.
Most days out key card wouldn’t work on the room so we had to go down everyday to get it reactivated.
Tourist tax needs to be payed at the end (but make sure you bring a physical card/ cash)
