Très bel emplacement proche de Lecce et Nardo. Très belle piscine et jardin très agréable

Suite/stalla con spa nella corte, subito dopo il porticato la prima sulla destra: da evitare.

Cons:

* Climatizzatore praticamente inutilizzabile.
* Miscelatore della vasca rotto.
* Tappo della vasca difettoso: l’acqua defluisce dopo pochi minuti, con un enorme spreco.
* Frequenti cali di tensione elettrica.
* Forte odore di umido, malcelato da un deodorante per ambienti.
* Comunicazione ripetitiva e poco utile.
* Gestione del rimborso disastrosa.

Avevamo prenotato due notti, ma siamo andati via dopo la prima. L’hotel era al completo e non è stato possibile cambiare camera. Ho rifiutato l’opzione in un altra masseria di loro proprietà allo stesso prezzo senza piscina.

La struttura dà l’impressione di essere gestita con forti economie di mezzi: manutenzione ridotta al minimo e personale palesemente sottodimensionato. I dipendenti, molto giovani e probabilmente inesperti, si sono comunque dimostrati cortesi.

La colazione offre prodotti di buona qualità, ma la scelta è davvero limitata .

La frase che ho sentito ripetere più spesso durante il soggiorno è stata: «Mi spiace», accompagnata da un’espressione sinceramente mortificata. Peccato che le scuse, quando i problemi si susseguono, non sostituiscano le soluzioni.

Una struttura dalle grandi dimensioni, ma dalla qualità decisamente inferiore alle aspettative. Un’esperienza che mi ha fatto perdere la pazienza e che non ripeterei.

lieu original car très ancien et très bien restauré
Pros:

excellent petit déjeuner, varié, copieux et avec des produits locaux
la beauté du jardin, véritable oasis
chambres vastes et très calmes, avec une terrasse

Cons:

lors de l'arrivée, on a un peu cherché l'entrée mais c'est un détail
la campagne aux alentours n'est pas très belle mais c'est oublié dès que l'on rentre dans la très belle enceinte de la Masseria

Nice stay in beautiful location
Pros:

- Very beautiful style for the overall hotel and pool
- Tasty breakfast with good variety and local specialties
- Helpful and friendly staff
- Good location, about 15min from Lecce and 10min from the beach
- We ran into an issue during our stay and this was dealt with well by the team

Cons:

Overall we had a nice stay but a few small details could be improved to make it a true 5-star experience

Übernachten in klösterlichem Ambiente und Ruhe.
Pros:

Die Masseria liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr gross und angenehm kühl.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück gab es wenig Joghurt und Früchte.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. Our time in the property was very relaxing. The breakfast and breakfast area were very nice. The rooms were nice, clean and very comfortable. The outside area and the pool area were relaxing and peaceful.
