الهدوء والرقي في التعامل من موظفي الاستقبال

Cons:

الدخول والخروج على الفندق وكذلك موظفي الڤاليه لم يكونو لبقين في التعامل وكذلك لايوجد مصداقية وعدم الالتزام مع العميل وعدم الاحترام والكذب كي يحصلون على أموال ونقود وهذا اسوأ شيء وجدته في امارة دبي

Pros:

I loved how the room is spacious and clean however it was really hot but the ac technician fixed it and was fast.. when i came in to check in they did not give me a valet ticket and when i checked out i waited for thirty mintues for them to find my car..

The best stay despite the wedding noise but its okay.
Pros:

The valet were fast and reliable, the reception were very accomadating. The room was very clean and spotless. I have a previus nightmare of a visit in another hotel and there was hair on my bed. The rotana hotel does not have that its very clean, all the ammenties were there. Toothbrush and all. And the room was really spacious and there was the best soundproofing.

Cons:

There was a wedding in the yard by the pool the music was really loud. We checked out because we could not sleep. But its fine i will visit again

I had issue with the hotel, they charged me 750 dirham just because I used charcoal twice in the electric oven , I know this is my mistake but there is no damage at all, Abdualghafar from front office was very helpful he tried to help me but I’m upset because of the amount of money that I paid for nothing, very nice hotel but this is my first and last time to stay in this hotel.
