Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lacked a kettle in the room - however there was filtered iced water and boiling water readily available in the halls for regular refills.

Room was compact but great utilisation of a small space. Well located near city markets and downtown area. It was easy to get around.

We enjoyed the rooftop pool and leisure area.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay.

Staff are excellent.
Filipino breakfast is delicious. Coffee was very good.
Across the hotel are some local food place with grilled barbecue.
The property is relatively new.
The room layout is good even though small.
The problem is that this property management is cost cutting to the bones. As a result, the hallway is very hot. They will give you one card to enter the room. Same card has to be inserted to activate the room’s electrical power. So when you leave, the room can’t stay air conditioned and cool. When you come back, you will enter a very hot room. The air conditioner will take 30 minutes to cool up the room.
They also don’t have a supply of hand and face towels.
Our rooms shower drain was slow draining—-floods the foot.
But there are only 2 of them new inns in town. So, imagine what the older inns have if this new one is kinda less up to par?

We were sold the room with garden view but the view was in the air shaft. Stuff said it was the booking fault. We felt kind of cheated.

Pros:

Staff were pleasant, it was a nice room, the one night we stayed at the Prince Express Inn was satisfactory.

Cons:

The price. One night cost me 2800; with taxes, PHP3400. For a Bogo hotel, for any hotel, there is no way you can justify that cost; particularly when the pool - the only reason we stayed there - turned out to be basically a paddling pool and was overchlorinated to the point that the pain my eyes was excruciating.

Pros:

Great location, 3 min walk to the market, great food across the parking lot, everyone so polite and happy.

Cons:

For the small community you are in, it’s probably the best hotel. Your not getting 5 stars.

Worse Hotel in the Philippines
Pros:

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Poor house keeping, very poor breakfast. No hot water. Too noisy. No in room safe. Feces stained towels. Too expensive. The staff nods their heads about the issues, however they do nothing about them. I will never stay here again. I can't recommend this place as a place to stay.

Only good for emergency overnighter.
Pros:

For a quick one night stay just to sleep overnight, this place offered that but I don’t think I can stay here multiple days.

Cons:

The AC knob was broken, the view out the window was horrible and the staff brought a different breakfast than I ordered and it was not good food. It tasted very cheap.
