Fantastic hotel and the staff was amazing. We stayed at 5 different hotels while in Italy and this one was by far the best. The attention the staff provides is excellent. They were friendly and happy to help with any request. The room was a great size and you can't beat the view of the Amalfi Coast. There is a nice trail right next to the hotel that was a surprise. Location... is right in the middle between Amalfi and Positano. They offer free transportation to Amalfi (which was great) and helped coordinate a private taxi to Positano. All the meals we had were also excellent. We loved our stay here and will be back next time we're in the Amalfi Coast.
Beautiful, extremely clean, modern

Modern, stunning views, exceptional service, excellent restaurants, calming spa, and beautiful pool area.
We travel frequently and can honestly say this boutique hotel was top notch! From the moment you arrive to the end of your stay, you are treated like royalty. We liked that the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle. We found our favorite day was relaxing at the spa and pool!
Mara from reception was incredibly helpful in assisting with transportation to Amalfi and recommendations.
A special thanks to Sara who was the restaurant manager. Her pleasant hospitality, dedication, and kindness was greatly appreciated. I wish I wrote down the others names that made our stay extra special, they all deserve to be acknowledged! By the way, the breakfast each morning, served at a table overlooking the water was superb!
Do not hesitate to book here…. We hope to come back in the near future.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outstanding, luxurious vacation destination
Amazing stay and the spa top notch!
We recently completed a 4-day stay at Furore Grand. While a beautiful sea view is standard on the Amalfi Coast, the pool deck at this property make the vista special.
As it’s a boutique property (around 35 rooms), the service feels quite personal. We especially want to highlight Sara, the F&B manager, who was a delight from day one, as well as the incredibly hardworking housekeeping and pool teams.
A few strategic tips for future travelers:
The Wind Factor: The hotel’s coastal position makes it very prone to high winds. When it was windy, the pool deck atmosphere changed completely; umbrellas remained closed on the daybeds or floor, and the beds weren't prepped with pillows and towels. I’d suggest booking at least 3-4 nights to ensure you get at least one calm day to see the deck in its full glory.
Room Selection is Key: I strongly recommend aiming for the very top-tier room categories. The experience and views vary significantly across the property. In addition, the top suites feature heated private pools/jacuzzis. Since the main hotel pools are not temperature-controlled, having your private heated option is an advantage if you want to enjoy the view without having to retreat to the indoor spa.
Dining: The breakfast was great. There is no buffet, but the à la carte menu is unlimited. It's also available via room service if you prefer a private morning on your balcony.
Overall: If you secure a top-category suite or are lucky with the weather, the physical setting here is memorable.
As someone that has traveled a lot and stayed in luxury hotels, this one is truly exceptional. The stuff is incredibly welcoming, the food is excellent, the grounds are beautiful and the view is stunning. Spa is offering everything, including sauna , steam room and pool. Tried massage with Antonella and it was terrific. Sara at the restaurant was very kind ,pleasant and accommodating.Laura , the manager is very hands on and involved to make sure that every guest is taken care of.
It is one of the best hotels I have stayed and given a chance to be in the area will come back to this paradise any time.
Thanks to everyone that works in this place and makes the guests feel special.
This is an exquisite hotel with gorgeous views, incredible rooms and service, and utterly delicious food. I would go back in a heartbeat.
TODO!. Absolutamente todo. Larga estancia perfecta.
A beautiful hotel with a wonderful setting and first rate staff attitude BUT!
When booking we specifically selected a Junior suite. We did this because the hotel has limited availability of two room suites and the Junior Suite is over two levels meaning my wife could go to bed and I could be online with my office on the level below without disturbing her. When checking in we were told we have been upgraded. We have been caught here before so asked to see the "Upgrade". Needless to say it was unsatisfactory so we asked to keep our selected reservation only to find that it was no longer available. Ultimately we accepted a room that had a bedroom with limited outlook plus a corridor with only a small window, the entry door and a couch. We did get a large terrace with a spa but the weather was a bit chilly so it was of little benefit. Tried eating at the table outside one night but the heater provided couldn't warm a blanket on a hot day.
We echo an earlier review that the gym is inadequate with no elliptical trainer and limited other equipment and no cups for the water. Breakfast was very ordinary and why do they charge extra for eggs benedict and other egg types. Hollandaise sauce must be amazing at 32 euros.
In short we were disappointed as not likely to return to the Amalfi Coast and there were so many better options.
This Small Luxury Hotel is a jewel in Furore, Italy. It is very peaceful and serine and the staff in all areas were exceptional! They go above and beyond trying to please their guest and make your stay memorable. They offer a complimentary shuttle service down to Amalfi ((15 minute) and they also have a fantastic concierge named Vincent who was so helpful with recommendations and scheduling for dinners, boat tours and drivers. The spa was also very relaxing and the two outside pools offered a spectacular view of the coast. From the time you arrive until you depart you are pampered and service throughout was impeccable. It was a wonderful place to create new memories!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant employees were just as impressive, very friendly, professional, and made every meal feel like a special experience. Their service truly elevated my stay.
The hotel is amazing and the view is stunning. The staff is hands down the best. I highly recommend this resort. The views cannot be beat.
This place is pure magic!!
The attention to detail at this hotel was second to none, all of the staff were amazing, the hotel and setting stunning, room was beautiful with great amenities, breakfast experience was outstanding… we had the best time and only wished we were there for longer. One of the best hotel experiences, and we have stayed in some amazing places… Marina Bay Sands, Mandarin Orientals, etc, etc… thank you!
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in August for my honey moon and also my friends wedding was here.
I’ve stayed at many premium hotels and resorts all over the world, and given The Grand Furore’s price range I can say this was the worst.
In summary, it is the most outrageously expensive and underwhelming experience with little to none of the things you would expect to justify its price tag. The hotel was about €1300 per night.
- The morning breakfast was completely average, the coffee was just pod coffee. The pastries were excellent. The scrambled eggs would be if someone who had never made eggs before had made them. And they had the audacity to charge extra if you want eggs Benedict or different eggs. A cool €24
- €48 burger by the pool
- not enough bottles of water, then charge you €8 for a bottle
- gym with minimal facilities, outdoors with no aircon, tiny water cups to make sure you buy water from them for €8
- poor service around the pool
- poor service at breakfast
The hotel itself is stunning, and perched on the cliff top is beautiful. And has a really beautiful spa with sauna and cold lounge.
I’ve stayed at some amazing resorts in the world that are similarly priced to this, One and Only Dubai, Alila in Bali, Andaz in Hawaii, and I’ve never been as disappointed as I have with this hotel.
Originally I was tossing up between here and the Belmond Caruso and given I might never come to the Amalfi again I’m genuinely upset I stayed at this hotel.
Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
Front desk staff
This stay was just magical - this is my favourite hotel I have ever stayed at everything from the experience, service, facilities and food was just excellent !
Gorgeous hotel outside of Amalfi. The hotel has a free shuttle service from the hotel into Amalfi that runs about every 1-1.5 hours so it is easy to get to Amalfi and then from there you can book ferries etc to other locations like Positano. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is wonderful and very accommodating. We would highly recommend.
Las vistas y el servicio
Todo era perfecto !
