Prachtige accommodatie met rust buiten Cortona
Pros:

Enorm aardige eigenaren die alles voor je regelen. Het hotel ligt op 20 minuten lopen vanuit Cortona, maar je ligt in alle rust. Het ontbijt is waanzinnig goed en uitgebreid. Heerlijke koffie.

Fabulous stay in beautiful Cortona.
Pros:

Fabulous property with very comfortable rooms and amazing views. The bed was large and cosy, and the room was equipped with everything you need. Silvia is an exceptional host who provided lots of ideas and information for exploring the town and beyond. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was superb. Highly recommend this property!

Pros:

Locatie is goed, vlakbij Cortona, 1,6 km.Terug is lastig,omhoog!! Vooral het ontbijt is prima.Uitzicht aan de achterkant vanaf het zwembad is prachtig en rustig.

Cons:

Diner:matige prijs kwaliteit verhouding.Zwembad wat algen in de hoeken.

Captivating Cortona stole out hearts ♥️

We loved being under the Tuscan sun in Cortona, in the excellent care of Sylvia who was just amazing! Cannot recommend this experience highly enough for those wanting a fabulous base, quiet, gentle ambiance, stunning offering and delicious food. Grazie Sylvia ❣️

Hit & Miss
Pros:

Very nice hillside property à short 20min walk into the centre of town. Some limited street parking and some very nice restaurants and bars à few steps away. The host is lovely and friendly. Breakfast is very good. I am sure dinner here is good albeit we ate in town.

Cons:

A few things really let this down for us, especially for the price paid (high). The mattress was very hard and impossible to sleep on. The AC did not work well - running 12hrs it dropping the room temp from 29 to 27.5 !!!

Finally, and bear in mind we can easily afford this but the principle shocked us…. At check-in we were asked if we will use the pool - we said yes - and were told to wear swimming caps. We said we don’t have them and the lady said - “here you go use these” and handed us 2 new basic sealed ones.

At checkout …… €7 city tax and €8 for 2 swimming caps !!!! The price should have just been mentioned at check-in amd we wouldn’t have cared - instead it felt like a way to make extra money:

PS a little silly policy to make the 3 very hairy guys in the pool wear caps on there bald heads !!!

Se cercate la tranquillità, la pace e la qualità questo è il posto giusto
Pros:

La struttura é curata davvero nei minimi dettagli, dalla pulizia della camera, della piscina fino a kit da cucito nel bagno della stanza, cosa per niente scontata che denota davvero un’attenzione particolare!
Silvia é davvero accogliente, gentile e attenta.
Anche il loro ristorante è davvero speciale, con piatti della tradizione toscana fatti davvero ad hoc!
