Would’ve liked tea/coffee making facilities in this level of hotel. There was a loose broke floor tile which was a trip hazard which was surprising.

Very poor sound proof and ridiculous guest policies!
Pros:

Location is quite nice close to the train station and town center.

Cons:

1. Sound insulation is virtually nonexistent. You can easily hear what next door is talking about, let alone the road noise, which is extremely loud.
2. Hotel staff stopped me from bringing a shopping bag into the hotel as they claimed to prohibit any food or drink purchase from outside. First, I don’t know this is even legal. Second, no one informed me this rule when I booked or checked in the hotel. And who are they to tell whether or when we can eat a fruit that the hotel doesn’t necessarily provide all the time? This is weird on so many levels and beyond ridiculous!
3. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed with all over the world that doesn’t provide facial tissue!

Well situated, well run hotel.
Pros:

Very clean, very professional staff at the front desk.

Cons:

The hotel forbid guests from having food or drink from outside the hotel in their rooms; I've never experienced that in decades of traveling.
