Cons:

הכניסה מהחניה ללובי עם מדרגות , פחות נוח עם המזוודות הכבדות, מומלץ לבנות רמפה בצמוד למדרגות למען הנוחות להסעת המזוודות וגם נגיש לאנשים עם כיסא כלגלים
