La posizione

Cons:

Abbiamo atteso oltre mezz'ora per entrare in camera perché all'orario del check in la camera non era ancora pronta. Il pomeriggio ha piovuto e la stanza si è allagata per metà, abbiamo atteso più di mezz'ora che venisse qualcuno a sistemare ed è arrivato solo un ragazzo che ha asciugato il pavimento dicendo che il giorno dopo (quando saremmo partiti) avrebbe sistemato tutto dicendo che era capitato anche due giorni prima.. Quindi pur sapendo del problema hanno comunque deciso di metterci in quella stanza con una neonata oltretutto. La sera a cena siamo stati i primi ad entrare nella sala della cena e gli ultimi ad essere serviti (un'ora e mezza dopo), mentre altre persone in mezza pensione venivano servite immediatamente. Abbiamo inoltre chiesto una carota lessa e di cuocere la pastina per la bimba, dopo oltre un'ora di attesa (alle 21) è arrivata la pastina in bianco della bimba e il pacco di pasta che gli avevamo dato tutto rotto e rimesso in un sacchetto gelo. Insomma, una struttura potenzialmente ideale che nasconde però tanti problemi a livello di struttura (molto datata anche come sanitari e mobilio) e con una spa con funzionalità parziali. Al check out ho fatto presente tutto e per scusarsi del disagio non mi hanno fatto pagare l'extra della culla (20€ a notte) richiesto anche se da booking risultava comunque soggiorno omaggio per i neonati.

Ottimo in tutto, lo conosco benissimo e ci torniamo volentieri. Piscina esterna stupenda e spa incantevole. Questa volta ho trovato anche la colazione notevolmente migliorata!

Le lieu est propre bien entretenu et le personnel d une grande gentillesse

Cons:

Nous avons payé la soit disant entrée a la piscine de l hotel 40 euros juste inadmissible plus 12euros pour des bonnets de bain nous étions car nous étions 4 cela fait un peu cher car si nous prenons un hôtel avec piscine ce n' est pas pour se retrouver avc de tel frais qui ne sont stipulé nul part au moment de la réservation.

Pros:

Staff molto molto gentile e professionale, i letti erano comodissimi. La spa favolosa.

Cons:

La colazione è varia ma minimal, la struttura in se è vecchia, c’è poco altro da dire, servirebbe un intervento significativo ma visto quanto potrebbe costare ,secondo me, lasciano andare. Come primo impatto ci son rimasto male, troppo vecchia mi dicevo ma poi sia lo staff in generale che la spa hanno compensato alla grande.
