Muito bom, mas poderia ser incrível
Pros:

Atendimento do pessoal do hotel, colaboradores, localização, arquitetura do prédio, bom gosto em sua maioria e o ponto alto: o café da manhã.

Cons:

Achei um acinte cobrarem pelas capsulas de café no quarto. Achei um absurdo cobrarem pela diária de estacionamento. Um hotel deste nível e nesse valor, esse tipo de cuidado é muito importante, demonstrar que o hóspede é importante e não só o lucro pelo lucro.

The property could benefit from some maintenance and updates. While the larger rooms are spacious, they do not offer views that justify their premium pricing. Despite being an oceanfront property, there is no beach service, and the lower-level area facing Ocean Boulevard lacks adequate seating or lounge chairs for guests to enjoy the location.

Additionally, pool service ends at 7:00 p.m., and in-room coffee is available only at an additional charge. By U.S. standards, the hotel presents itself as a five-star property, but the level of service and amenities provided does not consistently align with that expectation.

Os quartos não tem proteção acústica. Paguei por uma suíte de frente para o mar, mas o barulho estava insuportável e tivemos que mudar de quarto para um mais simples (e eles não reembolsaram a diferença).

Pros:

O Hotel é muito bonito - os quartos são confortáveis, o café da manhã é muito bom e o restaurante localizado no roof top também é muito agradável e comida saborosa.

Cons:

Quando entrei no apartamento estava com cheiro agradável, perfumado, porém com o tempo percebi que era para maquiar o odor de mofo - ao menos na unidade 324 estava assim.O banheiro precisa urgentemente de mais ferragens para pendurar toalhas utilizadas.
