Clean comfortable room. Good if you’re self-sufficient.
Pros:

Housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Efficient service and very clean room.

Cons:

Minimal services for hotel rated at 4star. We were lucky that there was a staff member present when we used the automated check in. Helped us and solved a small problem straight away. But reception staff not usually there. When the front door was stuck open we called through to Auckland to have the security issue sorted. I don’t think it was clear in the hotel description that there weren’t staff on-site.

Convenience to the ferry

Cons:

Parking is shocking and such a hindrance that I stayed out despite being so tired until the 6pm parking time. Of which I paid an excessive amount to have.
My room I had to ask to have bathroom re cleaned as was gross. Just didn’t feel like it was a top notch Sebel experience.

The Sebel offered convenience for the purpose of my visit.
Pros:

The location was convenient for the purpose of my stay. I also liked the close proximity to the bus stop. The lady at reception was also very pleasant and helpful on my arrival.

Cons:

I didn't like the vestibule as being there on my own I didn't feel comfortable sharing that space with a stranger.

Unser Kind hat einen kleinen teddy bekommen, die Zimmer waren wirklich komfortabel und das Bett bequem

Cons:

Lage nicht so ideal, keine parkmögkichkeit an der location selbst, außer man reserviert im Vorfeld, habe nur 2 Parkplätze gesehen, keine Rezeption, alles über einen automat abgewickelt
