Pros:

The staff are very friendly & go out of their way. The hotel is a gem, new with good Deco.

Cons:

Just the hot water for showring. It was hardly warm

Generally ok, would I stay again, no. First impressions are very important in the hospitality industry.
Pros:

The food was generally great.

Cons:

The room I was allocated had used beddings, it seems the housekeeping did not change the sheets after the previous guests stay.
When I placed the complaint the receptionist was responsive enough and changed them.
They should check on their housekeeping which could let them down.

Trying hard to be a modern hotel
Pros:

Central location, easy to find. Modern room, lift, rooftop restaurant. Great shower! Comfy bed.

Cons:

No air con. Room stuffy. Room with “view” was very noisy. View over dirt and traffic =Not worth paying extra.
Why did we have to order breakfast on arrival - orders mixed up. Dinner slow but food good.

Fair priced stayover in Meru.
Pros:

Good location in the center of the town.
Fair price.
Restaurant staff delivers very good service.

Cons:

My bedroom window faced to the hallway.
Meaning no fresh air and hearing every other guest.

Pros:

It's a small hotel, just the opposite of the new mall.
We came here for transit after Mt. Kenya hiking before continuing to our Safari trip.
The receptionist, Patricia, was very helpful. She helped us to find transportation to Meru National Park.

Cons:

The room doesn't have a view and the breakfast menu was very standard.

Homely and memorable.
Pros:

The staff customer service was fantastic and amaizing. we also enjoyed Breakfast brought to us in our superior room. The hotel is also located in town which made it easier for us to connect on our next destination. keep up goodwork guys!!!! we will sure be back soon.

Cons:

The check out time can be extended to midday on weekends to allow us enjoy the tranquility and ambience better, but we are not complaining.
