Every thing especially the breakfast quality and view
Nothing was wrong
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir haben es genossen, dass das Hotel nicht ganz zentral liegt. Man hat Ruhe und ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Der Spabereich ist ein Traum und trägt wesentlich zur Erholung bei.
Im Zimmer hätten wir uns mehr Stauraum gewünscht (es gab keinen Kleiderschrank). Ich habe eine Rezension von 2022 gefunden, in der das auch schon Thema war. Bisher wurde offenbar nichts verändert. Für den Service gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man von den Mitarbeitern eher als Gast geduldet wird. Ich frage mich immer wieder, warum man in der Hotellerie arbeitet, wenn man ohnehin nicht gerne kommuniziert. Ein Rezeptionist (aus der Slowakei) und ein Koch (Frühstück) waren aber sehr offen und freundlich.
Die Größe der Zimmer! Einfach ein Eingangsbereich in dem man seine ganze Ausrüstung verstauen konnte und eine perfekte Wechselzone.

We took a two bedroom apartment, which was very convenient, we were able to make our own cooking and had flexibility.
The fact that it was quite run down. You can see that it is being refurbished, but for the price charged, not too happy tbh.
My wife and I stayed at Enter St. Elisabeth Suites & Spa for our honeymoon. We absolutely adored Tromso and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, the bathroom has lovely heated floors, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We made coffee every morning and even enjoyed making tacos one evening.
The spa is lovely. It has a massive swimming pool that we enjoyed, a great steam room, and a jacuzzi hot tub. I would have loved a dry sauna but that's a very small complaint. The gym was huge as well with a good number of treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. They also had turfed section which I didn't expect. I would have loved a Peloton but again a very small complaint.
The location is a little out of the downtown area, maybe a 10-15min walk depending on where you are going, but my wife and I enjoyed the walk and fresh air despite the cold. We also had a lovely view of the harbor and fjord, evening seeing the Northern Lights from our room multiple times.
The bedroom was a little bare bones and didn't have a dresser or any storage drawers. A bedroom lamp would have also been appreciated. There is a small hanging rack where my wife hung her dresses.

La struttura si trova appena fuori dal centro ma comunque raggiungibile in 7 minuti a piedi. Colazione molto ricca e varia, presente cibo anche per i vegani. Presente la SPA e offre alcune escursioni. La nostra camera per 4 persone era spaziosa e confortevole.
La SPA era fredda e abbandonata a se stessa, una piscina (fredda) molto grande ma solo un bagno turco. La cosa peggiore é che in 4 giorni di soggiorno, seppur avendo sempre appeso sulla porta la richiesta, non ci hanno MAI rifatto la camera. Un giorno abbiamo noi preso degli asciugamani puliti da un carrello trovato nei corridoi. In camera nelle mensole più alte era presente un dito di polvere. In bagno c’erano nuvole di polvere che giravano. All’ingresso dell’hotel ci si trova davanti una zona con cassonetti e sporcizia (basterebbe mettere 2 pannelli per coprirla)

Room was very nice - clean, spacious, lovely sea view and nice facilities. Breakfast was fantastic, a good range of foods in a dining room with a view across the sound. We liked the Spa swimming pool / steam room and the well equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and professional.
Couldn’t find anything not to like about the hotel. Quite expensive (for a British tourist) but that is true of Norway in general, not just this hotel.
Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem und Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. Der SPA Bereich, welcher extra kostet, war sehr schön.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küche. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man einen Hinweis in der Küche angebracht hätte, das man den Herd nur einschalten kann, wenn man das weiße Kästchen unterhalb der Abzugshaube aktiviert.
Les équipements de l'hôtel, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que les repas proposés, notamment celui du petit déjeuner font que le séjour était incroyable. Sans compter de l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel où nous avons pu admirer les aurores boréales dès le premier soir.

The spa is absolutely incredible! It was very quiet during our stay and we could access it whenever we liked.
Staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and spacious with nice views.
The view from the breakfast area was superb.
The breakfast buffet did seem slightly understaffed meaning sometimes there were empty plates on the buffet.
