Didn't disclose a kitchen fire to us when we booked, and didn't tell us there was no lunch, dinner or lounge available, and we had to take a taxi downtown for everything. Also, the separated bedroom was so tiny, it was pushed 3" from the wall, so you had to crawl up onto the bed like a child.

False advertising they have a restaurant when this is not true, I only booked because on your website it says a restaurant is available

From the moment we arrived in Tromsø, we felt incredibly welcome. Two lovely staff members greeted us at reception with such warmth, and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary cookies and hot cocoa — such a cozy and thoughtful touch after traveling.
Our room was very comfortable and felt almost luxurious, with a modern design and even a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Everything looked newly renovated, and we honestly felt a bit “rich” staying there — in the best possible way.
The breakfast area deserves a special mention: it has the most beautiful view in Tromsø, and the selection was incredibly generous. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We also made great use of the wellness facilities. The spa area is lovely, with a large, beautiful pool where you can actually swim properly. The gym is spacious and mostly quiet, so you can use all the equipment without waiting, which we really appreciated.
The sauna area is very nicely designed and relaxing, though we were expecting a Finnish sauna and found a Turkish steam sauna instead — that was the only small downside for us.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø.

Missing proper wardrobes in the rooms
Excellent hotel, personnel agréable, toujours de bons conseils, spa tres appréciable, salle de sport très bien équipée et petit déjeuner avec choix variés
L hotel se situe a 10min a pied du coeur du centre ville, tromso n etant pas une grande ville, tout peut se faire a pied depuis l hotel. Sinon il y a un reseau de transport en commun qui est plutot competent.
