Amazing time away from noise
Pros:

Traditional breakfast, fruits and coffee. Fruit bearing lime, mandarin and grapefruit trees. Infinite pool, yoga studio, wide beach. Crossing rivers to get there (SUV a must). Highly recommended restaurant at St Miguel, delicious beef/fish steak. It's a paradise

Insects my only complain.

Pros:

Great location right on the beach. The grounds and pool were beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the staff were great! Not touristy at all with a beach all to yourself.

Cons:

The room was small for the price , and there was no AC, but we didn’t need it when we were there.

Cons:

Getting to the property is chanllenging so is getting around for by car - roads are in bad conditions. However, Kathy and Victor helped us to get all activities we wanted, helping us with booking and guiding in the area as far as what roads we should avois etc

Fantastic relaxation home on a pristine almost private beach.
Pros:

Beautiful property in a very quiet and serene location on the Nicoya Peninsula. The location is setup for maximum relaxation and enjoyment of the peaceful environment. Beautiful pool, food options, and beach front access. The House and the rooms were truly impressive.

Family trip to Costa Rica
Pros:

The property was incredible, pictures don’t do it justice. Located right on the beach with great surf. The breakfast was amazing. We decided to pay for dinner and lunch on site as well and were blown away by the food.

Quiet, remote, relaxing, high-end furnishings, Lovely grounds, BEAUTIFUL BEACH!
Pros:

Lovely, healthy, plentiful buffet style breakfast. Remote, secluded, quiet environment. Most beautiful beach!! Loved all the hammocks and chaises spread out around he property. It is a very relaxed, Zen environment with high end beautiful furnishings and construction materials. Beautiful wood everywhere. You have miles of beach pretty much to yourself. They have surf and boogie boards for the moderate waves in the area.

Cons:

If you don't have a car you can't go anywhere. It a long distance from any other populated area. If you want more human interactions you will need a car or you might choose somewhere else. For me, it was wonderful alone time. It would be a perfect hotel for honeymooners and private escapes.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

It's open and you can get a nice cool breeze at night with the sound of the ocean. Breakfast was unique and delicious. Rooms are clean. The pool is lovely. The beach is quiet and has fun waves.

Cons:

It can feel a bit cramped if the people from the upstairs house rental comes to use the pool, despite having their own pool. There were lots of loud kids and you won't really be able to escape the noise unless you walk the beach. The villas are semi detached, but you can't hear your neighbour's.
