Wellness Stay & Hotel Sukhumvit 107

Absolutely nice and clean. The room is comfortable size and decoration is smooth. The shower is big enough to move around. The bed also comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nice. And the service is up to standard. Or staff is very pleasant and very welcome be very helpful. I certainly will return back again in the future.

This is my favourite place to stay when I am in Bangkok.
The apartment is perfect, and is clean, and modern. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, and hob. Also a lounge area and small balcony. The staff are friendly, and professional, and housekeeping do a good job of keeping the property very clean.
There is a small gym, and exercise room.
There is a 7/11 next door, and a great night food market 5 minutes walk away.
If you like peace, and quiet, the area is a good choice. The BTS station is a 10 minute walk away, with direct links to shopping, eateries, and nightlife.

Well, haven’t I had the customer service experience of a lifetime today?!

I come to Thailand to meet up with my wife and kids having in my mind I’d like to buy my wife, for a first, two dozen roses (too expensive in OZ!).

This morning I woke up after my first night at the Wellness Stay & Hotel & thought reception might point me in the direction of a flower market nearby.

Hotel reception rang each flower shop market business name I gave them to enquire about the roses. Upon the lady receptionist ringing the 5th business we found they had what I was looking for and she continued to search up their website, showing me the bouquet pictures.

Now this is where things got exceptional. I was meeting my wife at the nearby Imperial World shopping Centre where we worked out timing for my wife to receive the flowers with me there would coincide perfectly with when they’d be delivered.

Upon me giving the reception Aussie Dollars, the man who drove the bus cheuffered me to the money exchange for the highest rate I’ve seen on offer mind you, then to the atm to deposit the money into the florist account, then back to Wellness Stay & Hotel.

The florist delivered the flower arrangement to the hotel and the reception had the flowers taken 10-15 mins to meet my wife and I at the Imperial Shopping centre after calling me, whereby I informed them we were on the fourth floor at the food court to which they said they would bring them to us and be there in 10-15 mins.

Well true to their word, they brought the flowers to us while eating lunch on schedule. What an impact. Saved my marriage hehe

The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
My one gripe was the lack of laundry access. You can have it done by the hotel but it is extremely expensive. As I stayed at the hotel for a month and a half, this was an issue for me. There is a laundry service business nearby that is much cheaper, but having to bag and take your clothes outside the building is annoying in and of itself.
Other than that my dtay was lovely

We loved the Spa on site, it was the perfect pick me up we all needed after the long flight.

Recommending to anyone whoever comes to explore Bangkok for several days and anyone looking for calm and silent surrounding.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok! Though it’s a little bit away from the city center, the peaceful and clean environment makes it totally worth it. The surroundings are calm and quiet, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with spotless rooms and excellent service. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Bangkok with a comfortable and serene atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Overall is so good

Very clean and nice basic hotel stay. Not a very walkable area for things to do, there is a minimum amount of street food and massage shops available in the area.

Stayed here a couple of times now. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city itself

Night market across the street & next to 7-11 & 2 pharmacy's & also quiet area. Perfect location outside of the city center of Bangkok

Bed dirty, hairs and stains on sheet and pillow. No hairdryer in the room. Walls and furniture broken and damaged. You can hear all noise through windows and walls. Would not recommend! Price value you find better options somewhere else in Bkk
