The hotel environment is excellent, the scenery is very beautiful, and the service is very good. The hotel's dinner is delicious. There are two ways to travel, by car or by boat. I highly recommend it to everyone.

On the whole the staff were very good but not enough spoke English which caused delays and confusion with service.

Очень странно, что кто-то жаловался на завтрак. Завтраки отличные. Повара с золотыми руками и очегь щедрые. Нас в последний день ( день закрытия отеля) кормили так, что завтрак на двоих уместился только на 3 столах. И официантка нас подбадривала " Eat, eat!". Вообщем, это отель мечты. Рекомендуем от всей души. Никого не слушайте с негативом, слушайте только меня! Я человек бывалый, отелей повидавшая по всему миру, это высококлассный отель.

The location and views are beautiful, and the sunbeds along with the beach club are cozy and comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful — they did everything they could. One of them even lent me a snorkeling mask and gave us a backgammon set to take with us. Breakfast was tasty and generous.
The beach club is open to the public, so it could get quite loud at times. The buggy back to the rooms on the hill often took a long time to arrive. Food options were limited, dishes were sometimes overcooked, and the prices were relatively high. Lunch and dinner were noticeably missing, as the hotel only provides breakfast.

Все прекрасно! Очень красивые, уютные и стильные номера! Есть все необходимое, из номера вообще не хочется выходить ❤️ персонал очень приятный, делает все возможное для клиентов. Отличный бич-клаб, зона с бассейном, хороший небольшой спорт-зал, Спа-зона (замечательная девушка массажист очень хорошо промяла). Спасибо вам большое!
Еда не очень вкусная и разнообразная, но это нормально в этом регионе. С едой сложно. Зато ресторан хороший открывается вечером, кухня очень приятная.
Excellent views from the hotel and spotlessly clean. Lots of choices at breakfast although sometimes the hot option got muddled. Beautiful room.
More choice on the time the shuttle bus took you into town in the evening
Beautiful location, gorgeous hotel!
The staff are lovely but most of them struggle with English which makes it hard to communicate sometimes! The gym was also poorly furnished with only a few weights machines and 1 treadmill.
Arrived late at night, well lit and welcoming reception area, seamless check in and a short buggy ride to the room. Large, immaculate cleanliness and well appointed with a huge comfy bed. Our pre-ordered food was waiting for us, beautifully presented.
In the morning the breakfast was plentiful and with ample choice. Staff generally hard working and attentive (with the odd smartphone distraction).
We only used the on site a-la-carte restaurant one evening, the food was decent quality, but we found the atmosphere soul less so ate elsewhere for lunch and dinner.
The beach club was well appointed and provides a great place for relaxation and sea swimming. The pools are good sizes, but would benefit from a heat pump to regulate the temperature.....they were on the cool side.
There is a daily free luxurious minibus transfer to town at 10am and 7pm, with a free water taxi (in suitable weather) operating all day.
The spa facilities are excellent with hard working staff, a decent gym and some good packages.
We had a late transfer on the last day and staff helped with a late checkout.
We will not hesitate to come back here.
Lures is in a beautiful setting and very relaxing. We stayed in a villa - it was so spacious and nicely furnished with great outside space. Nice touches as well like arrival fruit/wine and coffee pods replaced each day.
Convenient transport options into Kalkan town (water taxi all day or a shuttle bus twice a day) - or about 30 mins (hilly!) walk.
All the staff were very kind and helpful, including giving us a late check out by a couple of hours which was great for a late flight.
Breakfast was also good - coffees and eggs to order and then a hot and cold buffet.
We were there at the end of season so didn’t use the beach club too much as it was fairly quiet and the outside space in our room was spacious but for hotel guests there is a reserved area right by the sea which was a nice perk.
Also used the gym a couple of times which has a decent selection of equipment and comes with views across the infinity pool and the bay.
Only a minor thing - the villa has a kitchenette (hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer) but no crockery/cookware which we found a bit strange. However when we asked for some things to use they noted a list of what we wanted and brought straight to our room.

TERRIBLE STAFF ALMOST ALL HAD EITHER NO CLUE OR DIDN'T GIVE A TOSS. GENERAL MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY USELESS. I booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews and to be honest I think most of the good reviews must come from the Beach Club rather than the hotel experience. Whilst the hotel clearly garners its 4 star rating from the rooms which are lovely the rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The pools are NOT heated and are absolutely freezing, we went 30th Sept-10th October. There was only the sea warm enough to swim in. My biggest gripe however is the staff. With few exception they were all APPALLING. If they had had name tags on I would love to have called some out in particular the General Manager. You will know who you are and you are absolutely terrible at your job. All the staff care more about what's on their mobile phone than actually doing their job. The manager being one of the worst offenders! . He spent most of his time loitering around staring at his phone or sitting eating his breakfast at the same time as the guests. Bar staff didn't know how to make drinks, ignored you whilst staring at their phones, smoked whilst serving, canoodled with girlfriend .. the list goes on and on. Breakfast was a shambles. The selection was poor. If you got what you asked for it was a miracle, that is if you were even asked. Ask for a coffee, get a tea. Ask for an omelette don't get it at all. It became quite entertaining to us to see what we would actually get from what we had asked for.
We had some bad weather whilst there and we had a jacuzzi room at the top of the hotel - it LEAKED LIKE A SIEVE. The floor in the room was very dangerous because there was so much water lying on the tiled floor which was pouring in from the windows. I called reception for towels to mop up but guess what? They never came.
Now don't get me started on house keeping! Out of the 10 nights we were there we only got a shower matt 3 of the days so we had to use a hand towel so we did not break a neck. We went to bed the first night and found there was nothing there other than pillows. Luckily I had spotted a duvet in the wardrobe when unpacking so dug it out and made the bed myself! After that there was no effort to put cushions on the bed they were just left on the floor. There was a big sticky stain by the kettle area when we moved in and the floor was never moped or brushed. The lounge area was never cleaned not even the cushions on the sofa arranged.
Quite a few other guests complaining about all of the same things. Come on Lures you don't charge cheap prices so up your game. You have a lovely asset but are so being let down by your choice of staff.
