Aleksandr Pera Hotel

Location: Right next to all the places you’d want to be on your first visit to Istanbul. Super walkable to Taksim Square, Cihangir, Kadikoy. All the restaurants, shops, bars you’d want to visit are a stone throw away
Facilities: Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely punches above its weight given the pricing.
Staff: Both the cleaning lady as well as the managers at the front desk were extremely friendly. I ended up extending my stay thrice, and they were kind to extend me in the same room.
Infrastructure: Had a properly functioning elevator, keycard access to the premises for safety, proper aircon, noise insulated windows which basically shut you off from the noisy street, clean toilets, fresh towels everyday, comfortable mattress and the cleaning service was on time and very accommodating.
Overall, it was a gem with a great experience of a private room along with unmatched location with easy access to public transport/restaurants/bars.
Would definitely recommend for first timers who are lost wrt where to stay in Istanbul.

Это тот редкий случай, когда мне понравилось абсолютно всё.

Отличная локация, - отель расположен в 2 минутах от улицы Истикляль и всего в 5 минутах от площади Таксим, и автобуса из/до аэропорта. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

Дружелюбие и клиентоориентированность на высшем уровне, как и чистота в номере)

Amazing place and host

Отличное местоположение - два шага до обменников валют, кафе, ресторанов на пешей улице, 5 минут до метро и фуникулера. Лучший район для проживания для туриста. Очень дружелюбный персонал - рассказали о террасе, угостили чаем и сладостями, разрешили выселиться чуть позже стандартного времени. Номер чистый - ежедневная уборка в номере, бутилированная вода, тапочки - все как надо.
Отдельный лайк - террасе на крыше отеля с потрясающим видом и кошке Жужу, живущей на ресепшене (не забудьте купить ей влажный корм).

My third stay at Aleksandr Pera has only reinforced what I already knew after my first two visits, this place is truly special. Returning here feels less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home.
A huge reason for that is Adam. His kindness, genuine care, warmth, and attention to every detail are simply unmatched. No request is ever too much, and he has an incredible ability to make every guest feel valued, welcomed, and completely at ease.
This stay was my best one yet. Not only was the service exceptional as always, but I also had the opportunity to meet some wonderful new people and create even more great memories. The atmosphere Adam helps create is something you rarely find—it brings people together and makes every stay feel personal and unforgettable.

The hospitality

We had a fantastic experience at this cozy hotel, which is in an unbeatable location just minutes away from Istiklal Street. The rooms are clean, neat, and fully equipped with all the essentials, and the team was quick to provide extra items like a clothes iron. While the hotel itself is wonderful, what truly made our trip unforgettable was Adam. He single-handedly coordinated all of our special room requests and went completely above and beyond to pull off a perfect celebration for us. Adam’s warmth, dedication, and attentiveness completely transformed our experience—our stay truly wouldn't have been the same without him. Thank you so much, Adam, for your outstanding service!

verything exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to rest well. What truly made our stay special was the staff( especially Adam). They were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
