Lovely hotel. We had a private pool which was fantastic and warm. The staff were lovely and the walk into town was really easy.

Personal Experience & Thoughts : Perfect candidate for the couples who would like to spend some relaxing, quality time together or solo wonderers who would like to seclude himself from the noise for a while. However note that it is a little pricey for local tourists.

Location & Access : It’s a little bit hard to access without a car since it’s approximately 20 minutes away from the Kalkan center by walking. The distance may not be a problem but the road is more like a trail and has limited lighting.

Parking : The trail leads to hotel is provides lots of spaces to park. It also has a parking space for 4-5 cars.

Hotel Staff : Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Especially the desk clerk, waitress & the clerk who works over the night shift.

Amenities : Beach club have more than enough space with 3 level terraces. You can trap your drink & have some breakfast/lunch at the top and enjoy sun & sea at the lower levels. Recommend to the people who would like to enjoy the sea without getting stepped over.

Suites : My room was #6 Pinara. It is quite spacious for a couple. Have a nicely designed shower separate from bathroom. Both of them were super clean. Had a king size bed with clean sheets. Had a big balcony with a partial bay view. You can easily see seaside & the boats coming to harbor. Also had the view of the mountains and the main road coming from Kaş side in the distance. We genuinely loved our time an Likya Gardens. Arrival was a smooth and comfortable drive - transfer they arranged.

We had a seaview room- the bed was very comfortable even for my bad back- slept like a baby. The facilities in the room were all you needed, incl slippers, bathrobe and mini bar. Strong WiFi signal too

The Beach Club, where you'll be having the breakfast is right in front of the rooms. The sun beds are comfortable allowing a choice of privacy or a more sociable setting. Multiple stairs to enter the water from the cliff you're on give easy access. Sweet water showers are also welcomed!

Breakfast is a tasty range of many meats, cheeses, fruits and eggs of your choice- make sure you leave an hour to eat- you'll be spoilt.

The lunch menu offers a wide choice of local and international dishes.

For dinner we went to the local sister hotel Likya Pavillion which is a 300metre walk away. The fish and cocktails there were amazing!

Probably the best experience of the whole stay was the day tour the manager of the hotel (who's also a qualified guide) organised for us. From my partner's long wish list he walked us through the options and organised a smooth and interesting your where we heard stories of past civilizations as well as current local context. Highly recommend you ask about this at the reception.

The city centre is a 15min walk away but you can also get one of the many taxies for only TRY200.

The hotel is in a perfect quiet location with a breathtaking view across the bay. It is only a pretty 10/15 minute walk to town or a really cheap taxi ride (hotel happily order) & equally easy to pick up in town. The staff made our stay perfect-all so kind, friendly & efficient-nothing was too much trouble. The beach club attached to the hotel is a wonderful bonus. Our only criticism, which is clearly an ownership/management issue, is that there is a lack of maintenance/investment throughout & the planting & common areas need a good tidy & clean. It is so prefect in every other way this should not be a deal breaker.

Foto ingannevoli e struttura malridotta. Arrriviamo in “reception” e già inizio a preoccuparmi, luogo praticamente abbandonato a se stesso e con un forte odore di pipì di gatto, ma ok siamo in Turchia e i gatti sono ovunque, dopo poco abbiamo la nostra stanza e lì comincia l’avventura. Innanzitutto le scale che portano alla stanza versano in stato di abbandono, con tavole di legno malandate e in alcuni tratti assenti, erbacce ovunque e sporco. Arriviamo in camera e la stanza si salva solo per avere la piscina privata, per il resto oltre che sporca era fortemente danneggiata in più punti, vasca da bagno, pavimento, battiscopa, wc, ripiano tv ecc. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazione riceviamo una risposta che francamente ci spiazza “ma cosa posso farci io se gli ospiti precedenti rompono le cose? Se dovessi aggiustare ogni volta starei sempre chiuso”. Premesso che a meno che gli ospiti precedenti non erano un branco di bufali impazziti, per avere quei danni vuol dire che da tempo non veniva effettuata una manutenzione, ma in ogni caso è una risposta inaccettabile da una struttura che si fa pagare 300€ a notte una camera. In ogni caso ci è stato proposto o di andarcene o di restare e farcela piacere. Scegliamo di restare anche perché non c’erano molte alternative. Il beach club è un altro posto da film horror. Una terrazza maleodorante, sporca, piena di schizzi di pittura e il mare era perennemente sporco, forse dovuto a uno scarico proprio a mare. NON ANDATECI

Otel konum ve konsept olarak çok güzel. Girişte çok ilgili bir resepsiyon karşılıyor personel güler yüzlü ve kibar. Oda çok güzel ancak lavabo temizliği çok iyi değildi yine de tolere edilebilir. Akşam saat 5ten sonra mutfak kapalı, 300 mt ilerideki otelin sahiplerine ait bir restoranda indirimli olarak akşam yemeği yenebileceği söylendi, ufak ikramlarda bulunuldu ancak indirim uygulanmadı. Yine de güzel bir tatil oldu tekrar gelebilirim

The stay was amazing from beginning to end. The staff overall was kind, thoughtful, helpful and engaged to make our stay the best at every step. They were responsive to our every request. The swimming in the turquoise ocean was heavenly and we even had our own private infinity pool. The breakfast was varied with choices each morning with lunch by the sea while lounging. The evening dinners at the pavilion were some of our best dinners in Turkey. Overall an A+

Ufak bir tatil için tesadüfen bulduğum bir oteldi, otel imkanı özel plajı denizi özellikle kahvaltısı harikaydı. Çalışan arkadaşlar da mükemmel misafirperverler. Buradan hepsine tek tek teşekkür etmek isterim. Her sene müdavim olarak gideceğim bir yer arıyordum, kısmet olursa ilk fırsatta yine tercih edeceğim.

We enjoyed our stay staff where very helpful and veiw from our room was amazing. I would not recommend for people with mobility issues as lots of steps thats the only down side.

A very nice small hotel nearby the centre of kalkan. Very nice personnel, a delicious breakfast and a very nice place to swim in the sea. Excellent value for money and would come back for a second stay.

Great service and friendly staff. The room was nice and cozy. The beach club that is part of the hotel has crystal clear waters and provides a calm experience with a sea breeze. Yet you can still walk 10min to the town centre if you look for the bustle im the evenings.

Es el mejor hotel frente al mar en el que nos hemos alojado, las dimensiones de las habitaciones y del baño son generosas y la calidad en el servicio te hace sentir como en casa. La recepción estuvo siempre atenta a todas las necesidades, llegamos tarde y tenían a una persona en especial para recibirnos y darnos la bienvenida. El acceso al mar es privado y allí mismo está el restaurante para el desayuno con la mejor vista hacia el mar azul turquesa que hemos visto; el desayuno turco delicioso con variedad de sabores y el café turco o el latte bien ricos y recién hechos.
