Great hotel, we recommend it
Pros:

The hotel is great, with friendly staff, lovely surroundings, quiet area.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and good food, with new items added every morning.
We got a room upgrade and late check out, which we really appreciated

Cons:

The bathroom door was glass made and it didn't close tightly. But it didn't bother us

It is very pleasant, comfortable with original decor and in a great location. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The staff was professional and very helpful.

Un séjour absolument mémorable au Cappadocia Secret Hill Cave Suites ! Le staff est exceptionnel — attentionné, souriant et toujours disponible. Le service est impeccable et l'emplacement à Göreme est tout simplement incroyable. On se sent vraiment pris en charge du début à la fin. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Idéal pour être au calme et au centre de Gorëme
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, nous ont arrangé des visites selon notre goût.
Etablissement propre et bien situé. A la fois le centre de Gorëme est accessible à pieds. Et nous sommes au calme.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La struttura di per sé ha un ottima posizione, e le camere meritano, a mio modesto parere manca ancora qualcosa per rendere il tutto più confortevole e non troppo "dispersivo".
Noi avevamo una stanza molto bella ma con una forte umidità all'interno, un deumidificatore e purtroppo dopo una giornata di pioggia abbiamo trovato un stanza da letto una brutta infiltrazione. Lo staffa però, ha prontamente provveduto a scusarsi e cambiarci alloggio.
La cucina del ristorante, per mio parere, è il loro punto forte, le signore che gestiscono la cucina sono TOP. Cercano di accontentarti in ogni richiesta sono molto pazienti e abili nel loro lavoro, io ho molte allergie ma mio marito che può mangiare tutto mi ha assicurato che i vari piatti che variavano ogni giorno erano fenomenali, sempre freschi.

Cons:

Il bagno mandava sempre un cattivo odore di sifone e il piano del lavandino non era pulito a fondo perché le macchie di acqua e dentifricio si vedevano ancora dopo le pulizie. Onestamente avrei offerto dei prodotti per il bagno meno "commerciali" e anonimi e magari qualche prodotto locale ampliando la gamma visto che molte stanze hanno la vasca grande. Molto scarsa l'illuminazione in bagno di cui un faretto fulminato, ho dovuto utilizzare la luce del telefono per truccarmi adeguatamente e in camera, la lampadine del lampadario solo alcune erano accese mentre altre no.

Wyjątkowe miejsce z doskonałą obsługą i świetną lokalizacją – na pewno wrócimy!
Pros:

Hotel zdecydowanie przerósł nasze oczekiwania! Obsługa była doskonała, bardzo pomocna, serdeczna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Sam hotel jest przepiękny i ma wyjątkowy klimat. Śniadania były pyszne, świeże i bardzo różnorodne. Lokalizacja również świetna, tylko 2 minuty od centrum, a jednocześnie w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Na koniec miły akcent – dwa mopsy, które są absolutnie rewelacyjne!

Cons:

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń – wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.
