Not a palace, it's a dog house. Only the breakfast was not bad.

This hotel is a health and safety nightmare! Rooms are filthy, with used towels and trash left behind. No hot water at all, broken toilet, and exposed electrical wires near water. Staff are unprofessional and rude. smoking everywhere, including lobby and hallways and inside rooms when they cleaned, (One of the employees threatened me when I asked to change the room), he need 2€ for coffee and i have a free breakfast ( I didn’t eat anything cause it’s dirty), the elevator is inside the washing room, I've attached pictures of the terrible conditions. Do not book this hotel! Authorities should take action - Istanbul Municipality or Police should be notified to shut it down ASAP!, you can send some inspection from your site. And i have videos and pictures if you need im really disappointed from your site cause I trust your site from many years ago, i need to add the bed and pillow are extremely dirty ( used from 20 years ago minimum).

Absolutely attroucious hotel I have ever stayed at, if you even want to call it a hotel. If I could rate this place a 0 i really would. Even then it would be an understatement. Do not recommend staying at to say the least. The absolute horror you will experience when it comes to cleanliness, the toilet isnt even attached to the floor properly and it moves around when u sit on it, with the seat coming off. When you flush the toilet the sewage water is coming out the bottom of the toilet sides. We woke up to a cockroach in our room. I hope that paints the picture enough for you all.

When we first checked into the hotel room we came in to find the room blazing hot with the heating on full blast not to mention it was a very hot day as it was. The have an AC in the room that does not work. The customer service is very bad. After we complained about the above mentioned the clerk Abdurahman had the audacity to say we can give you another room which you have to pay extra for.

I was livid at the cheek this clerk had and told him your basic necessities advertised on your post have not even scratched the surface and he saw this and assured me that all issues will be sorted by the next morning to which nothing came of it. I believe they just say that they will solve it to deescalate the situation and not actually solve it.

I want my money back!

Foi a pior experiência que tivemos em Istambul. O quarto que reservei quando cheguei não tinha janelas. E estava com um cheiro a mofo. A casa de banho não estava nada limpa e a cama toda suja cheia de nódoas e cabelos. Fui pedir para trocar e o rapaz obrigou me a pagar mais 30€ em dinheiro. Fomos para outro e estava igual mas desta vez tinha janela.

Et godt og trygt område, beliggenhed er fantastisk alt var på gåben. Personalet er meget smilende og hjælpsom. Ejeren er så fantastisk og hjælpsom. Værelserne er eco til en god pris næsten ikke nogen penge.

Bize vermiş olduğu oda rutubetli, duşta sıcak su yok. berbattı. bedeva olsa bile bu otelde konaklamam........

Während Aufenthalt war ruhiger Gegend aber das hotel ist dreckig bettel waren schmutzig

Das hotel liegt mitten im textilviertel istanbul! Tagsüber kann man überall super shoppen und nachts ist es sehr ruhig weil in den Straßen dort "fussgängerzone" ist! Die anfahrt ist ein kleines Problem-am besten bucht man ein taxi vom hotel- die wissen wie man tagsüber durch die autofreien strassen kommt! Ansonsten kann ich das hotel empfehlen

Istanbul Palace Hotel is located in an ideal location; close to Bayasit (Grand Bazaar), Fatih Mosque and not too far from Sultan Ahmet Square. I like to spend time at these places so, the location was ideal for me. Getting around is also very easy as both Laleli Tram and Metro are a few minutes walk. I booked a budget room. I only come to hotel room late at night and leave as soon as I am awake, so having a small room with no window, TV and Fridge not working did not bother me much. However, if it will, you should book a better room at this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again if I am in Istanbul.

The location was dull but near many of the attractions and away from the noise.

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, also ich würde lieber auf der Straße unterkommen als dort !
