Pros:

O quarto é excepcional. Os funcionários são excelentes, todos muito atenciosos, a despeito das sérias limitações do restaurante. O local é lindo, perfeito.

Cons:

O café da manhã é extremamente limitado. Pouquíssimas opções de frutas, pães, enfim, tudo. No primeiro dia de nossa estadia nos disseram que a máquina do capuccino não estava disponível.Inadmissível!
Quanto ao restaurante, para almoçar e jantar, não recomendo a ninguém. Péssimo, horrível, totalmente incompatível com a beleza do local. Os administradores do hotel precisam com urgʻência contratar uma equipe profissional para melhorar a qualidade do restaurante.
Não penso em voltar em função dos problemas relatados acima, a despeito da beleza do local.

O lugar é muito bonito, o quarto e banheiro são espaçosos e confortáveis. Há várias atividades legais para fazer, piscina, trilhas para cachoeiras, stand up, caiaque, fogueira e redes. Ótimo para quem quer relaxar. A trilha até a cachoeira cassorova tem acesso facilitado e a água é própria para banho.

Cons:

A comida não é muito boa e é muito cara. Como fica localizado longe da cidade (aproximadamente 30km, com uma parte de estrada de terra) o deslocamento fica difícil. O ar condicionado do quarto é fraco e as piscinas são bem quentes, como estava muito calor na época foi difícil se refrescar.

Issue: Upon arrival at the designated time, we were informed our room wasn’t ready.
Expectation vs. Reality: A complimentary drink during our 50-minute wait would have been a considerate gesture, yet none was offered.

Staffing Concerns:
Observation: The staff were notably young, aged 18-20, and seemingly new to the job—one only a day in, another two months.
Impact: Their friendly demeanor couldn’t compensate for the lack of experience and training. Absence of visible management was also noted.

Culinary Ups and Downs:
Positive: Breakfast was a delight with fresh offerings and a daily pastry variety.

Melhor cachoeira da região! Excelente.

O local é muito bem cuidado, com estrutura adequada para o lazer, para as caminhadas, trilhas. Há uma renovação em andamento, com melhorias nas piscinas. Os chalés são espaçosos, a cama é excelente. O ofurô na varanda é um charme. Staff prestativo, atencioso e simpático. Valeu muito.
Sugestões: guarda-sóis na área da piscina maior e alguma flexibilidade em poder consumir pequenas porções à beira da piscina.
