Not the best experience. Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Honestly just the staff. As they were very accommodating

Cons:

Although I booked in advance, upon arrival I was told the room I booked was no longer available and was provided an alternative room. The alternative room provided wasn’t in the best condition as there was an awful smell I had to endure all through the night. The management promised to sort everything out the next day which they did but still wasn’t up to standard with what was provided in their pictures

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

This property was the worst property I have ever stayed. The property looks nothing like the pictures shown in anyway shape of form. I could only spend one night there and I had to leave and find a new hotel. The room wasn’t ready by the time I got there and had to request for them to deep clean it. They didn’t have new sheets for the bedding and had to request them to change my sheets 3 times because there were stains all over the bedding. Even got the supervisor of the day to look at the bedding and he agreed, the towel I was given also had stains on it and I couldn’t use it to clean my body. I took a shower and my whole bathroom was flooded. Not only that, management an absolute nightmare to deal with and when I requested a refund they were trying to undermine me by saying “network issues” was the reason I couldn’t get my refund that same day after pushing back payment twice in a day. It wasn’t until I went to the hotel physically and made a scene shouting at everyone that they transferred my money within 10 mins. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel to ANYBODY! The management are horrible - they spoke to my friend and I in such a disrespectful manner that I would never expect of any institution. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

My stay, overall was fair.
Pros:

The menu was good, but service was very late.

Cons:

Better service, and I think it was too expensive to sell a 75cl bottle of water to customers for 1,000.00 Naira.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

I liked the serenity of the environment, the wifi was excellent, the apartment had two TV's one for living room and one for the bedroom and that was so convenient. Electricity was constant. The service personnel were kind and helpful. I felt at home.

Cons:

The pipe borne water was salty and brownish. I think that was common for the area. That's about the only downside I remember.
