El concepto del hotel, el desayuno, la ubicación y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están bonitas pero les falta mantenimiento, en mi habitación había filtraciones en la tubería del baño y en algunos lugares estaba tapado con parches y demás, deberían darle mantenimiento pues las habitaciones y el alojamiento en sí, son muy bonitos.

I was expecting a more pleasant stay.

Clean and nicely decorated room… nice female staff at breakfast, and breakfast was ok

Cons:

Overall no good value for money. No hot water (and very low water pressure) to have a proper shower. No hairdryer, until I went to fetch it at reception. No complimentary water in the room.. and actually not even among the drinks in the fridge (only cokes and crab food). Upon my arrival in the evening after a long flight, I had to insist with the staff to get a small and expensive water bottle before going to sleep. Reception had no easy way to let me pay with credit cards. Very noisy room at ground floor facing movida in the piazza, and so close to the reception that I could hear their radio all night long… After check-out in the morning I was not allowed to leave a small bag at reception for a couple hours, unless being charged more.. I left in a hurry

A localização é excelente. Funcionários simpáticos e quartos bem equipados.

Cons:

A água quente só funcionou depois de solicitarmos na recepção. O café da manhã era bom, mas pouquíssimo. Não havia tapete ou pano para o chão do banheiro, apenas toalhas de banho, e mesmo após solicitação, o item não foi fornecido. Diante desses pontos, o custo-benefício não é satisfatório para o que o hotel oferece.

Balcon con ruido en la noche y odores de la calle.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a los puntos de interés en Ciudad Colonial.

Cons:

Mucho ruido exterior en la noche, por los vehículos y transeúntes. Se siente un mal olor de alcantarilla todo el tiempo, pueden ser de reparaciones en la calle .
Comedor en la azotea anegado por reboce del tanque. Jazzcusi en la azotea nadie lo usa por sucio. Cortan el agua en la noche, el tanque de sanitario no funciona bien. hay cafetera pero no funciona, nevera pequeña Frezzer rebozado de hielo. Al edificio le hace falta mantenimiento, muchos detalles en paredes y pisos.

Que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, después de 6 am es imposible dormir si no estás acostumbrado al ruido.

While the hotel is very well located, it was extremely noisy at night; as the rooms are facing the street and we had the room just next to the lobby and could hear everything (from people checkin out early in the morning to the discussions of the personnel at night). The add also did not correspond to the room we had; we had no bath (only a very old shower that doesnt work well), no sea view nor did we have a couch. They ask for a fee if you want to leave your luggage the next day. For information, the bikes cannot be used and are only for decoration.

À notre arrivée et malgré une réservation confirmée pour 2 nuits, pas de chambre disponible dans l’hôtel. On nous expédie dans un second établissement du même propriétaire mais pas du tout dans le quartier colonial ! Négociation sur la prise en charge du taxi, la deuxième nuit dans l’établissement réservé etc…
Personnel charmant mais sans autonomie. Je déconseille cet établissement.

Area is safe, experience could have been different if night staff had some customer service skills

Location is good. Property is clean, nice decor, morning staff is amazing including the lady who does the breakfast

Cons:

The person that works at night definitely needs customer service skills. Stayed in room 301, it was raining and randomly the shower head got on by itself and spilled water all over the room. Had to ask to change the room because the receptionist only wanted to mope it. We got moved to room 202 and the water in the shower will not drain properly.
