Nice Apartment but Not Good value for money Paid
Pros:

The room decor was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast choices are quite limited. There is No variety of fruit and No protein. Customers are forced to eat whatever is available. The staff needs proper training and monitoring. Some kitchen staff were shouting beside the dining area. The cleaners can also do a better job. Some bathroom cabinets are pulling apart. A face-lift won't be bad.

Nice accomodation spacious living area .food very good, freshly made when ordered. Food nicely presented.

Cons:

Maybe the staff should arrive early whem a fault is reported. It was a while before my complaint about WI FI was rectifief

Staff and kitchen can be greatly improved as it's a bad taste fir guest as at now

It was clean and cozy and very aesthetically pleasing

Cons:

Food services was terribly poor only managed to get a meal that wasn't even my choice. Was very poor. Also I never had breakfast but I was charged for it

Yanna, Abuja’s apartment version of Manna! A gift from above

Yalla Yanna! This absolute gem was discovered “au hazard” and this whole year, this has been my best place by a mile. My colleagues were all rushing to the big name hotels and I took a leap of faith. I landed on a garden of milky petals with the most serene decor and all the facilities you need: A beauty salon, a spa, a gym, a pool, a chill spot, excess parking space, fast wifi, privacy, courtesy!!!!!

My friend in Abuja was stunned to know that a place like this was in Utako.

For Christians, it’s 3 minutes walk from the Koinonia Centre. I got to see Pastor Joshua Selman.

The ambiance during the weekends is just so relaxing

I loved the breakfast, limited but they did their best to alternate daily

Cons:

Don’t put pepper in every meal I beg 😂

Cons:

All-inclusive from Booking.com, but they still collected money from me at the restaurant. What is the point of all-inclusive then? I do not think I will come back.

I had a great time!
Pros:

The property is in a nice location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very nice staff. It gets pretty busy in the evenings as their restaurant and gym is open to the public.
