Seems like they are working in getting the place better but there is still lots to do…the service was excellent though.

Enjoyed our stay. Manager, David, was very attentive. Will be back again.

Tiene potencial, pero deja mucho que desear, no hay comida disponible, las habitaciones no estan del todo bien. Si ellos no proveen comida, hay que salir mas de 5 km para poder comprar comida.

Te ofrecen toallas para ir a la playa, la propiedad necesita un poco de mantenimiento y la piscina está fuera de servicio temporalmente, excelente ubicación y tienes acceso directo a la playa a todas horas

Un lugar tranquilo para relajarse, las instalaciones no son modernas pero se pasa un buen momento. Excelente staff.

We had a terrible experience that end up with us leaving the hotel.
The hotel was ok. The room was basic but fine, but the TV didn't work, and no WiFi in the room.
When we arrived at the reception we receive the hotel rules.
One of those rules was about the noise and not smoking in the bedroom.
We went to the beach and came back to rest.The hotel was practically empty. But they end putting us right next to another “guest couple”. The rooms are really close to each other and we were able to hear everything, even with the balcony’s door closed there was still so much noise and smoke from the cigarettes getting into our bedroom. I decide to let the receptionist know about the issues and to check if we could get another room. There was no staff at all at that moment, only the security guard that said they were sleeping at 18:57h. I decided to contact Expedia to help us find someone in the hotel. 30min later I hear someone knocking the door very aggressively. I opened the door and there was the receptionist and the “the guest couple.The man introduced himself as the hotel director, and started shouting at me saying that there was no noise at all, who did I think I was by contacting Expedia, a young men that doesn’t like noise, and he was trying to provoke a fight.We didn’t feel safe and decided to leave. We gave them the key and man started following us for 5 minutes with his car. It ruin our small vacation and we went back to our house (4h away).

Shower dripped constantly, TV did not work. close to beach.. Beach Bar bartender Dominique was very friendly 😊

es un lugar muy pacifico, donde te hacen sentir en casa. en el lobby cuentan con un dispensador de agua donde puedes ir a rellenar tu termo. muy lindas atenciones de parte de todo el staff. un servicio muy personalizado y calido. espacio de habitacion muy comodo y un balcon con dos sillitas y una mesa. television armario y ambient limpio. cama y almohadas bien comodas. aire acondicionado bien frio. ambiente lijero calmado pacifico y silencioso. restaurante de playa con camas muy comodas en el arena y servicio impecable. comida MUY buena. cocteles y musica de noche (beach club lounge). Unicación excelente, playa en el patio conectada con muchos otros locales incluyendo carolina surf school, hay mucho que hacer alrdedor si no tienes modo de transporte. walking distance. precio razonable en relacion a la experiencia. volveria mil veces! se me quedó la llave dentro de mi vehiculo y en tan solo media hora y 5 personas MUY amables lograron abrir mi vehiculo con mucha paciencia y determinacion bajo un sol muy caliente. eternamente agradecida por esta lindisima experiencia. que se repita.
