Quizás el trato del personal

Cons:

El baño, no tenía donde colgar las toallas, no tenía ni siquiera una pequeña repisa dondeque no ni poner el cepillo de dientes,somos una familia de 6 miembros 3 adultos y 3 niños, con una reserva hecha con 6 meses de antelación y las habitaciones estaban separadas

Soggiorno piacevole.
Pros:

L’albergo è completo nuovo e funzionale. La mia camera era estremamente pulita e accogliente. Ottima e deliziosa l’abbondante colazione a buffet.

Cons:

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, segnalo solo che si trova in un quartiere un po’ vecchio della città.

Cómodo y buen precio
Pros:

Cada dia dejaban dos botellas de agua de cortesía. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con todo. Me dejaron guardar alli todo el dia las maletas sin ningún coste adicional.
El desayuno muy completo y bueno y las ventanas bien aislantes del ruido de la calle. No esta mal para el precio que tiene.

Cons:

En booking aparecía ubicado como en la zona centro de Sofia, sin embargo había 20 minutos de caminar.
El aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente para la época del año.
La puerta del baño no abre por completo ya que choca con el inodoro algo que me pareció muy incómodo al igual que la poca iluminación del mismo.

Ansprechendes Hotel
Pros:

Es ist ein modernes Hotel mit einer guten Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut.

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer ist nicht mein Ding. Ist aber Geschmackssache.
Wie man aber auf die Idee kommen kann, den innen beleuchteten Kühlschrank mit einer Glastür zu versehen. Nachts wird das Zimmer dadurch beleuchtet.
