Pros:

The hotel we chose for an overnight rest before our motorcycle tour was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. We reached the city center in 15 minutes on foot.

Cons:

Although everything was generally nice, I don't remember the exact start time for breakfast, let's say 6:30, but even though we were there at exact timr, the doors were closed, and a rather rude chef wouldn't let us in; his attitude wasn't pleasant either. Apart from that, everything else was very nice.

Bardzo udany pobyt! Pokój był czysty, łóżko wygodne, a wnętrze dobrze wyposażone w czajnik, lodówkę oraz zestaw do kawy. W weekend śniadanie w formie bufetu serwowane jest od godziny 8:00, ponieważ spieszyliśmy się na pociąg po 8:00, hotel przygotował dla nas świetny suchy prowiant na wynos. Do tego bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa oraz bezproblemowy kontakt. Dodatkowym atutem jest lokalizacja – zaledwie 15-20 minut spacerem do bulwaru Witosza. Szczerze polecam!

Die Bar schloss am frühen Abend, also zu jener Zeit, ab welcher man sich gerne nach einem anstrengenden Tag einen Drink gönnt, die Dachterrasse war nur spärlich bestuhlt

Un 4 estrellas no es pero para el precio que tiene no está mal.
Pros:

Es un hotel pequeño. Calculo que unas 3 habitaciones por planta distribuidas en 6 plantas. La cama muy cómoda. La habitación con buenas vistas y bien equipado. Aire acondicionado perfecto. Muchos productos en el minibar y baratos. El desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Vi una cucaracha muerta en el suelo del buffet del desayuno uno de los días y larvas vivas de mosquitos en el plato de ducha. El resto bien.

good hotel for a short business trip
Pros:

staff is great, perfect english speakers, breakfast is amazing, beds and pillows are great

Cons:

6th floor the cooling system is undersized, bathroom fan needs a cleaning and a case, bathroom door needs to be replaced

Great location
Pros:

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location. Parking can be a bit challenging in the area, but the hotel offers paid parking if needed, which is very convenient. I regularly stay here whenever I’m in Sofia and have always had a great experience. Would recommend.

Smart, comfortable hotel with good breakfast, friendly staff. Clean spacious room
Pros:

Room spacious with deep free standing bath and comfortable bed. Pleasant small balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice (hot & cold). Staff friendly and helpful. Near train station for onward journey.

I would never stay there again.
Cons:

Very disappointing experience, I stayed two nights and had to swap rooms - the first night I couldn’t sleep due to a loud noise of constant running water. The rooms weren’t particularly clean and there was mould in the bathrooms (very cramped, no shelf where to put my personal stuff). It looked like there was no care in making the guests feel comfortable.
