Agradable y cómodo pero con puntos a mejorar
Pros:

Habitación muy amplia, con todas las amenenities necesarias y cama muy confortable. Muy profesionales en recepción. Check-in y check-out muy eficiente y rapido.

Cons:

Desayuno muy pobre. Selección de quesos de baja calidad, hasta la mantequilla sabia a margarina. Huevos muy pasados, y el capuccino de maquina tenia demasiada agua y no sabia a capuccino. Los individuales en las mesas de desayuno siempre estaban sucios, o limpios de "aquella manera" aun con migas de pan o grasa del usuario anterior. Una pena. Otro punto: no viene ninguna indicación en la habitación sobre los nrs de telefono para poder llamar a recepción, resultado: he tenido que llamar y como no funcionaba, finalmente he tenido que bajar de la 6a planta para hablar con ellos personalmente. Muy molesto. Al hacer check-in ( por la noche) muy desagradable cuando ya estas instalado que el mando de la tele no funcione ( es algo que de se debe comprobar cuando se dejan habitaciones listas para check-in), otro asunto que he tenido que hablar con recepcion , que una vez mas lo solucionó rápidamente ( era necesario un simple cambio de baterías que me ha tocado a mí resolver). En la habitación no tienen un sitio especifico para dejar maleta, que es tan fácil de solucionar como tener un taburete plegable para dejarla. Las habitaciones tienen neveras pequeñas con demasiada luz justo delante de la cama, significa que duermes bien iluminado! pequeños detalles, que para ser un Hotel 4 estrellas, debería poder ser muy fácil solucionar.

buona soluzione
Pros:

posizione semi centrale ma facile da raggiungere, camera pulita, colazione buona e ricca con il personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

la palestra molto piccola, mi è stata assegnata la stanza che ha l'accesso sulla scala, quindi poco silenziosa e soprattutto al mattino si sentono gli odori della cucina.

Challenges with amenities but staff helps.
Pros:

Variety for breakfast-
Staff very accommodating

Cons:

Had to change room 3 times. Tv didn’t work in room 1 so changed to room 2 but air didn’t work so couldn’t sleep since room was on busy street -the next day I took a room in back 1/2 the size and the temperature control didn’t work so I gave up. But at least it was quiet.

Nel complesso, bene. Forse non troppo adatto a famiglie.

Cons:

Troppo rumorosa la stanza che affacciava sulla strada dove passa la linea tram. Insonorizzazione della camera da rivedere.

Overall I would come back to this hotel but would have ear plugs
Pros:

I loved our stay here. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely buffet breakfast each morning. The location was great. A nice walk into town every evening.

Cons:

The only down side was the traffic and trams. It was really loud at night
