لايوجد لاونج في الفندق بينما في العرض من ضمن المميزات في الجناح الدخول للاونج كذلك لايوجد في الجناح غير كوب واحد للقهوة وتم طلب زيادتها ولم يستجاب للطلب كذلك مغسلة اليدين كانت غير صالحة للاستخدام وتم طلب إصلاحها

المكان ممتاز والخدمه وسط

الهدوء والمكان وموضف الاستقبال الأستاذ العسيري..

قلة عمالة الخدمات وسرعة الاستجابة للنزلاء..
انا اعتبر من المترددين للسكن في هدا الفندق في زياراتي للرياض ..
لكن صدمتزفي هذه المره من الخدمه التى لا تليق بفندق خمس نجوم..
انتظار كثيرا عند الإستقبال وكذلك لحمل الامتعه من السيارة وعدم وجود سائق لاخذ السيارة للموقف ..
