Pros:

The facilities and the location were very good, the best option for the exhibition

Cons:

I have received a message at midnight just before landing that there was not available room for the first night and booked a room in another hotel of the same group close to the airport. That is unacceptable especially for a late check in. For the second night they have upgraded me but that can’t compensate the frustration and disruption of my business trip.

Good Hotel, but Service Needs Improvement

Cons:

Housekeeping entered my room and cleaned it without informing me, even though I had not requested room cleaning. They also left a dirty pillow cover in the room after cleaning, which should never happen.
In addition, my T-shirt, which I had left on the pillow, was removed and simply thrown aside, leaving it wrinkled. I did not appreciate the way my personal belongings were handled.
Another issue was the breakfast buffet. There was no one checking guests' room numbers or whether they were entitled to breakfast. The breakfast area felt disorganized, and it appeared that anyone could walk in without verification. I believe there should be a staff member at the entrance to check room numbers before allowing guests to enter. Otherwise, people from outside the hotel could potentially access the buffet without authorization.
Overall, while the hotel has many positive aspects, I believe more attention should be given to housekeeping procedures and breakfast access control to improve the overall guest experience.
