Over priced for such a service!

Cons:

Valet parking service is not always available.

I gave them an injection and a cooling gel pack to place in the freezer, but they did not take proper care of it. It was placed in a refrigerator instead of a freezer, so it never actually froze.

All cafés and facilities are closed most of the time.

I was granted a late checkout until 3 PM, but on the day of departure they called me at 12:20 PM to inform me that my final checkout time was 1 PM — only 40 minutes later, which is clearly not enough time to shower and prepare my luggage.

Overall, it was a bad experience. The only positive thing was the room cleaning service.

النقطة الايجابية الوحيده في الفندق هم موظفي الاستقبال السعوديين ، قمة في اللطف والاخلاق وحسن التعامل، يحاولون يخدمونك من قلوبهم وهم مبتسمين. قد تصاب بالخجل من حسن تعاونهم.
كذلك خدمة تنظيف الغرف يشكرون على أدائهم.

Cons:

السلبيات مع الاسف متعدده ولقد فاجأتني ومن اهمها:
1- تتصل على الروم سيرفس ( طلبات الطعام) وتصاب بالملل ولا يوجد من يرد عليك، فقد طلبت بعض الاطباق البسيطه مثل المزه الساخنه و سلطه السيزر و الشوربه وام علي والقهوه قبل اذان المغرب في رمضان بمدة ساعتين، وفي الاخير الطلب يصلني بعد الاذان بعشر دقائق وهو سلطه سيزر فيها دجاج رائحته قديمه و قهوه وام علي سيئه مع اعتذار بأن الضغط كان كبيراً في مطبخ المطعم ولم يستطيعوا تلبية طلبي!! هل يعقل هذا الشيء في فندق عالمي ! ربما اني اسكن فندق عائلي دون ان انتبه !!
2- اهم مافي السرير هو الماترس ( مرتبة السرير) مع الاسف لم استطع النوم نظراً لوجود حفره في منتصف المرتبة تظراً لكثرة استخدامها !! وحين طلبت معالجة ذلك تم وضع ميموري فوم لم يحسن من شيء بل زاد الامر سوء، لقد كانت ليالي متعبة لظهري وجسمي!! هل يعقل الا يتم تغيير مراتب الاسره كل فتره من الزمن!
3- معظم قنوات التلفزيون لا تعمل او تعمل ثم تختفي.
وقنوات التلفزيون عددها محدود
4- يخرج الماء بلون الصدأ من صنبور ماء الدش ( البانيو) برغم من انتظار فتح الصنبور وقت طويل
5- لوحظ ان معظم ادوات الطعام ( الاطباق وبقايا الطعام - طلبات الغرف ) واكياس القمامة تتجمع خارج غرف النوم في الممرات لعدة ايام ولا احد يهتم لازالتها من العاملين .
5- خدمة الغرف لا يوجد لديهم من الحلويات سوى الحلويات العربيه!! هل يعقل ذلك.
6- بعد اقامة لثلاث ليالي تشعر ان الفندق يعمل فقط بواسطة 25٪؜ من طاقته الانتاجيه!!
7- رائحة اللوبي كأنك في المطبخ ( رائحة الطعام)
