موظفي الاستقبال ممتازين يخلونك تحب الاقامه بالفندق خصوصا الاخ عبدالله الحميضان ماقصر معانا ينصحك بحسب رغبتك في الغرف أعطاني غرفه ماشاء الله تبارك الله فكرتها جدا جدا جميله عن نفسي اول مره اعيش هذي التجربه تخيل بلكونة الغرفه تخليك جالس في داخل الكافي اللاونج وتستمتع بشاشه عملاقه تابعت فيها مباراة المنتخب اجواء وتفاعل جميل بدون العناء والذهاب للكافي وانت في بلكونتك بس تكون موجود هذا المكان الجميل المكيف

الفندق جميل وحديث وموقع مميز و رائع .. وقد زاده جمالا ً التعامل الراقي والمميز من مسؤول و مدير الاستقبال / الاخ عبدالله الداود فقد كان خير مثال على حسن التعامل وفن الادارة ، وقد كان ذلك سبب في الرجوع والاقامة مرة اخرى حيث لم تكن المرة الاولى للسكن في هذا الفندق فشكراً له ولجميع العاملين في هذا الصرح الجميل .

My previous room was uncomfortable, but receptionist Abdullah Al Otaibi handled the situation exceptionally well. He was professional, understanding, and upgraded me to a suite. His prompt assistance made a huge difference to my stay, and I truly appreciate his hospitality!

Convenient for the expo was thee benefit

Room size was good and location to the expo

Cons:

Food outlets were limited. The best was on a mezzanine and your eyes watered with all the smoke; also your clothes and hair stunk of smoke. Ordered room service on two separate days, nothing arrived, despite me phoning reception 3 or 4 times each day. The hot dial to the room service team never ever answered. Breakfast was a poor selection in my opinion. The egg station only offered fried (heavily oiled) eggs or an omelette. Despite the chalkboard saying poached. When I asked for them, I was told no. Helathy cereals not good, very poor. Shower the overhead rain shower only had half the holes working.
