Pros:

The elevator was dirty, smelled terrible. Someone out there finger print and smear something all over the walls. The bathroom no tub. The view was terrible, I couldn't tell if it was sunny outside or rain. No room cleaning neither for the first day. In my opinion, it need several upgrades from tile on elevator floor and more. The rooftop was dirty with trash and cigarettes butts every where. I couldn't believe what I saw.
