WFH and holiday.
Pros:

Nice apartment in a quiet location close enough to a supertmarket and a couple of quality restaurants. Ideal for walking between Matagorda and Peurto Del Carmen along the seafront but away from the noise.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really. It suited us for the time we were there and staying for 19 nights saw many changes of residents who covered all nationalities and were all respectful of the people around and which made it a nice enviroment.

Pros:

Lovely apartment and good location.

Cons:

No clean towels no toilet rolls replaced and no bins emptied for a whole week unacceptable. Safe did not work.

Good value for money on top location
Pros:

Good location with helpfull staff. The terrace was Nice with Lots of sun and sea view in the distance. Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood, but nearby restaurants , beach boulevard en central on the island to discover all the sightseeing points of interest.

Lovely place but could be so much better.

Nice clean apartment.

Cons:

So easy to improve on the little things such as: general book with guides to use the safe, hob etc. A map of the surrounding area (eg says it’s in Carmen but actually not really, right on the very edge). No kitchen additions such as maybe one roll of kitchen paper, a spare bin liner, a drying up cloth etc. These cost very little to add but would much improve the facility to the 5* it really could be and should be.

Appartamento al primo piano con tutte le comodità, pulito e con terrazza. Presente piscina accessibile

We really enjoyed our stay would stay here again.
Pros:

The location, all the apartments were facing towards the sea so got the sun all day.

Cons:

While the apartment was well equipped, we were there for a long stay and wanted to cook in. There was no drip tray or roasting tin in the oven, which made using the oven difficult. Also the bean bags are an unusual way to sunbathe, but they get very hot & are impossible to move around. Ordinary sun beds would be better especially on the balconies.

TRES SATISFAIT.
Pros:

Le design de l appartement, la déco, l emplacement, les extérieurs, la propreté, le savon et shampoing de bonne qualité, la piscine et ses abords très propres.

Cons:

La clim ne fonctionne pas en mode chauffage, le soir, nous avions un peu frais. Certaines fenêtres ne se verrouillent pas, nous avons donc laissé les volets fermés (chambre), et une de SDB. Dernière chose, salière et poivrière présentes, mais vides....dommage...nous avons acheté huile d olive et vinaigre...il serait super d avoir dans le logement ces 4 ingrédients, et éventuellement un sac poubelle de plus.

Een onpersoonlijke noodovernachting.
Pros:

Gied bed, goede douche

Cons:

Moeite met code aan de deur van het appartement. Was waarschijnlijk vies, want pakte pas na 4/5 pogingen.
De tv deed het niet. Koffiemachine niet gelukt. Geen beschrijvingen of gebruiksinstructies aanwezig, dat maakt het niet makkelijk voor een alleen reiziger.
Geen enkel menselijk contact mogelijk. Slechts een klein flesje water aanwezig als service. Minimaal allemaal.
Erg duur voor 1 nacht verblijf. Een extra van 70€ schoonmaakkosten!
