Pros:

La struttura è molto curata e tranquilla.

Cons:

Eravamo in tre mancava un accappatoio e la coperta per il letto del terzo. Il lavandino del bagno necessitava della pulizia del sifone. La prenotazione era di una stanza fronte mare, ma dove è ubicata la struttura non è possibile vedere il mare. È indicato il parcheggio privato gratuito senza prenotazione, ma il parcheggio è quello pubblico in strada e non sempre facile da trovare.

Mirna i odlična lokacija, ali ima prostora za napredak
Pros:

Mirna i tiha lokacija. Blizina svih potrebnih sadržaja. Tu smo za proljetne praznike i uvijek nam je dostupan parking. Velik terasa, uvijek dostupne ležaljke uz bazen. Perilica rublja u zasebnim prostorijama.

Cons:

Potrebna je bolja opremljenost kuhinje. Premalo posuđa i čaša. Volim kad me u apartmanu dočeka šećer i sol, a ovdje ništa. Perilica suđa bi za ovakav apartman bila poželjna. Smatram. Da bi ili trebali češće mijenjati ručnike ili dati veći broj ručnika.
Jastuci wu jako neudobni. Ako dolazite s djecom, krevet na razvlačenje (kauč) u dnevnom boravku je jako neudoban.

Pros:

Me gustó todo. El apartamento es realmente espectacular en todos los sentidos. Es muy funcional y cómodo. Buena relación calidad precio y en un entorno fantástico.

Alojamiento muy tranquilo, cerca de todo. Bonito balcòn muy agradable. Cocina bien equipada.
Muy tranquilo, silencioso y con aparcamiento en la misma calle casi siempre.
Buena atencion por whapp si necesitas algo.
Lo hemos disfrutado.

Por poner algo, calefaccion en el comedor.

Pros:

Easy walk to town. Nice cafes and restaurants.
Easy access to accomodation with security codes so no need for keys.

Cons:

Windows locks mostly broken. Bed was very hard. Patio furniture was very incomfortable. Every morning the housekeeping staff walked back and forth past our window - flat 4- talking really loudly.

Nettes Apartment, aber Preis/Leistung stimmte nicht!

die Lage war gut, der Strand ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und gute Restaurants auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Apartmentanlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Bett und Dusche sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung hat uns nicht gefallen: die Liegesäcke auf dem Balkon waren sehr schmutzig, der Waschbeckenunterschrank im Bad ist verfault und die Holztür herausgefallen. Die Jalousie am Küchenfenster fiel herab. Das Apartment ist doch ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Morgens versammelten sich die Reinigungskräfte (auch für andere Anlagen) unter unserem Schlafzimmerfenster und haben sich sehr lautstark unterhalten. Unser Schlaf war somit täglich um 8:00 Uhr beendet. Die Ausstattung war schlecht: gerade einmal 4 Teller (von den großen alle bis auf einen angeschlagen) und 4 Messer, Gabeln und Löffel waren vorhanden.

Good location, generally quiet....until the cleaning staff arrived early in the morning.
Comfortable apartment, good number of sun loungers and liked the beanbag beds too.

The staff arriving early each morning, congregated outside my bedroom window and they were quite loud!

WFH and holiday.
Pros:

Nice apartment in a quiet location close enough to a supertmarket and a couple of quality restaurants. Ideal for walking between Matagorda and Peurto Del Carmen along the seafront but away from the noise.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really. It suited us for the time we were there and staying for 19 nights saw many changes of residents who covered all nationalities and were all respectful of the people around and which made it a nice enviroment.

Good value for money on top location
Pros:

Good location with helpfull staff. The terrace was Nice with Lots of sun and sea view in the distance. Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood, but nearby restaurants , beach boulevard en central on the island to discover all the sightseeing points of interest.

Lovely place but could be so much better.
Pros:

Nice clean apartment.

Cons:

So easy to improve on the little things such as: general book with guides to use the safe, hob etc. A map of the surrounding area (eg says it’s in Carmen but actually not really, right on the very edge). No kitchen additions such as maybe one roll of kitchen paper, a spare bin liner, a drying up cloth etc. These cost very little to add but would much improve the facility to the 5* it really could be and should be.
