Pros:

Clean building and staff was great

Cons:

Walls are extremely thin. I could hear conversations on all sides. There was no hot water so the shower wss super quick.

Unpleasant.
Pros:

Proximity to Carlsbad.

Cons:

Shower had no hot water, mattress on bed was caved in in the middle. We had to request a new room because the lock on the door was broken on the first one. Black trash bags filled with trash were left outside doors for two days.

Cons:

Everything. They are dishonest and confirmed to me that I would get a full refund. But didn't get anything. Then Kitty gave me the runaround and never responded back to me.
